Your initial 45-minute appointment involves an assessment and treatment. We assess your pain and symptoms to determine the cause of these symptoms, then recommend a treatment plan for you and begin this treatment. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes. Your physiotherapist will advise how many appointments you will need but you can stop treatment at any time.

How can I help you improve your health?

After qualifying Chris specialised in musculoskeletal injuries working in a variety of setting including the rehabilitation of sports injuries. Through his experience Chris developed a special interest in treating knee and shoulder injuries.

Alongside working for Nuffield Chris is currently completing a masters in Advanced Manipulative Physiotherapy at Birmingham university and as part of this is completing research with Olympic athletes into shoulder pain.

Chris has developed a strong focus on using manual therapy techniques within his practice along with ensuring patients have appropriate exercises and advice to manage their condition and avoid re injury. Outside of work Chris enjoys keeping fit and active with a variety of outdoor sports including cycling, walking, skiing and trail running with his pet Labrador.
