Pete has worked in the fitness industry for over ten years, as a personal trainer, a teacher and a lecturer.  Having spent the first nine years of his life in a wheelchair unable to walk he understands what it’s like to have obstacles, but how to also overcome adversity with the right frame of mind, guidance and support. Pete will work with you to achieve your goal, whether it is weight loss, muscle gain, toning up, gaining confidence or simply to make exercise part of your life in a structured way and he guarantee's you will see improvements whatever your aim.

Dan has been at Nuffield Health since 2011 and is our fitness team leader. His aim to make exercise enjoyable, and integrate it into your current lifestyle, making it a normality and not a chore. He will support you to improve other aspects of your lifestyle alongside this to keep you moving forward towards your own personal goals, as well as improving your health, both physically and mentally. As an ex England International Hockey Player, Dan specialises in sport specific training, including Olympic lifting, SAQ and Strength/power, as well as Weight management.
