Luke is qualified in exercise referral, enabling him to work effectively in supporting a variety of common medical conditions; his specialist area is mental health referrals. He has experienced successes supporting clients diagnosed with anxiety, depression and psychotic conditions, as well as stress, mood and eating disorders. His core principle is very simple… Physical health, mental health, balanced nutrition and routine are all interdependent. Combining these elements into one practice, he empowers his clients to reach their goals whilst making lifestyle changes that will promote sustainable health improvements and a greater sense of wellbeing.

Pete has worked in the fitness industry for over ten years, as a personal trainer, a teacher and a lecturer.  Having spent the first nine years of his life in a wheelchair unable to walk he understands what it’s like to have obstacles, but how to also overcome adversity with the right frame of mind, guidance and support. Pete will work with you to achieve your goal, whether it is weight loss, muscle gain, toning up, gaining confidence or simply to make exercise part of your life in a structured way and he guarantee's you will see improvements whatever your aim.

Joe is one of the Wellbeing Personal trainers and has worked for Nuffield Health since 2007. Over the years he has been in the armed forces as a RAF Regiment Gunner and passed through this career to become a Personal Trainer. Being able to pass on his knowledge and guidance to others is the reason why he loves working in the fitness industry. Joe particularly enjoys meeting new people, seeing new faces, helping people to build confidence and supporting them through their journey.

Having been involved in sport and fitness from a young age, Nicola knows the hard work and determination needed to reach both fitness and personal goals, and the rewards that come with achieving these.
