How can I help you improve your health?

I have plenty of experience in coaching both male and female clients covering a wide range of level of abilities or injuries over my time as a personal trainer and group ex instructor. 

I used to do bikini competing (female body building) and I once competed internationally at the Arnold Classics in Barcelona. 

Overall I am a passionate, motivated and highly driven individual who loves to work hard but more importantly have fun whilst doing so.

I look forward to sharing both my knowledge/experience to help you achieve your personal fitness goals!

How can I help you improve your health?

Ellaine has loved all things relating to health and fitness for as long as she can recall. She started her own training in the 80’s and initially trained to become a natural bodybuilder.

From this experience, Ellaine developed the desire to help others to achieve their own goals.

Her mantra is ‘To keep your body in health is a duty’.

How can I help you improve your health?

I have worked in the fitness industry for over 10 years as a personal trainer and lecturer. I use a balanced approach with each client, understanding that everyone has different strengths and weaknesses.

I spent my first nine years of my life unable to walk and wheelchair bound. This experience has shown me that with the right frame of mind, correct guidance and support you can overcome adversity.

How can I help you improve your health?

I have always been very active growing up, doing horse-riding, swimming, dance and netball. I danced for 15 years specialising in Freestyle, Ballroom and Latin. 

I enjoy weight lifting in the gym, and decided to go into personal training to learn more about fitness and anatomy to improve my individual technique. I’d now like to share my passion and knowledge with others, helping to achieve your individual goals in a positive and impactful way. I believe it’s crucial to maintain your health and together I want to support you through that journey.

How can I help you improve your health?

George has a strong passion for helping other to achieve their goals. This stems from his vast experience coaching rugby to both juniors and adults. This includes both rugby skills and conditioning. This personal experience has put George in a unique position to be more adaptable and this helps him to ensure an individual approach is taken with every person he works with. In his spare time, he plays rugby, and also competes in Judo.

How can I help you improve your health?

I have a passion for dance, having studied this from the age of 3. I trained at Birmingham Ormiston Academy, Performing Arts College and obtained a distinction in many styles of dance such as tap, ballet, contemporary and many more.

This passion has continued through my adult years, teaching dance and fitness based exercise as a teen before qualifying as a personal trainer.

I am a Rehabilitation Specialist delivering Nuffield Health’s COVID-19 Rehabilitation Programme. Supporting participants emotionally, physically and mentally through a designed 12 week programme to help an ever growing number of people who are finding it difficult to recover from the long term effects of COVID-19.

I am focused and determined to make your fitness journey fun and rewarding, ensuring that all clients reach their goals by giving them the support and guidance needed.

Callum Mcfarlane

How can I help you improve your health?

Callum’s love for fitness and sport began with football at the age of seven and continued by going on to earn an apprenticeship with Cheltenham Town FC. He later made his way into the fitness industry as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor, where he has developed a drive to help people reach their desired fitness goals.

By using functional, tailored sessions and offering sound nutritional advice, he will work hard to ensure you stay motivated and come out of the process happier and with the physique you want.

Joe has worked for Nuffield Health since 2007. He loves working in the fitness industry and being able to pass on his knowledge and guidance to others. He particularly enjoys helping people to build confidence and to support them through their journey. Joe has served in the armed forces, as a Royal Air Force regiment gunner, before becoming a personal trainer.

Nicola has been involved in sport and fitness from a young age, and understands the hard work, determination, and rewards of achieving both fitness and personal goals.

She continued this passion throughout university, both playing sport, and studying sport biomedicine and nutrition.
