Pete has worked in the fitness industry for over ten years, as a personal trainer, a teacher and a lecturer. Having spent the first nine years of his life in a wheelchair unable to walk he understands what it’s like to have obstacles, but how to also overcome adversity with the right frame of mind, guidance and support. Pete will work with you to achieve your goal, whether it is weight loss, muscle gain, toning up, gaining confidence or simply to make exercise part of your life in a structured way and he guarantee's you will see improvements whatever your aim.
