I love seeing the improvements in people’s physical and emotional wellbeing. Constantly striving to find ways of improving people’s fitness, health and mobility keeps me motivated. Having been involved in the fitness industry for over a decade; I am constantly learning and adapting my skill set with qualifications in Pilates, Sports Massage, Lower back pain management, GP referrals and  Pre/Post-natal exercise. Currently I am studying for a Master’s degree in Sports Therapy.
