- I’m Level 3 qualified personal trainer that has had a passion for health and fitness for most of my life.
- I believe exercise shouldn’t be a chore, it should be enjoyed, so I would ensure any personal training session or programme would be created with that in mind and tailored personally around what you are wanting achieve and how you like to train.
- I can help with all aspects of training, whether you are looking to tone up, gain muscle or lose weight. I can also provide advice on nutrition which can assist in helping to achieve your goals.
