  • I’m Level 3 qualified personal trainer  that has had a passion for health and fitness for most of my life.
  • I believe exercise shouldn’t be a chore, it should be enjoyed, so I would ensure any personal training session or programme would be created with that in mind and tailored personally  around what you are wanting achieve and how you like to train.
  • I can help with all aspects of training, whether you are looking to tone up, gain muscle or lose weight. I can also provide advice on nutrition which can assist in helping to achieve your goals.

Helping people reach their goal is my number one priority. With personal training programs and working close with my clients, I make sure I get the most out of them every training session.  With my wide range of knowledge I can assure you that you will not only achieve your goal but enjoy the journey along the way.

Alongside my PT qualifications I am also a qualified swimming instructor. Swimming is a great form of exercise which I think is greatly underused.

The benefits of exercise and a healthy lifestyle go much further than just looking good. Whatever help you need I can offer the motivation, support and guidance needed so you can achieve your goal.

With over 20 years experience of working within the health and fitness industry, I strongly believe I possess strengths in knowledge, skills and abilities needed to deliver safe and effective exercise and fitness programmes. I tailor all training needs and programmes to suit each and every client, you are unique so your training programme should be too – tailored to you.

I utilise a multi-disciplinary approach to achieving your health and fitness goals including functional training, mobility, core strength and flexibility as a base to your physical programme design and I like to ensure you have healthy nutritional eating habits and balanced lifestyle. I’m here to crack the whip (when necessary) pick you up, and help you build the tools and knowledge you need to achieve your healthiest lifestyle. "With over 10 years’ experience of training myself and others I am now one of the top Personal Trainers within the Nuffield organization. My aim as a Personal Trainer is to make your fitness training programme varied and effective, and above all for you to enjoy yourself and achieve the results you want.

I love to focus my client’s training not only in a gym environment but also offering outdoor workouts including running and boot camp style training. Training sessions could also include: weight training, cardio, boxing and grit style studio sessions. Intensity will depend on your current fitness levels but from this you will become healthier, fitter and stronger. I also run our recovery plus program which helps clients recover from any injury/surgery they may have had, this could be useful to yourself if you have a specific area that is weak and needs to be focused on within your training program."
