How can I help you improve your health?

I specialise in body transformations and would love to help you achieve the body you have always wanted. I can help you lose weight, build muscle, tone up and accomplish your fitness goals faster than you may think. I compete in men’s physique which allows me to have a great understanding of nutrition and what it takes to get down to a low body fat percentage in a short space of time. I will often drop 10kg in 12 weeks or less so with my knowledge and your hard work there is no reason why you can’t do the same. If you’re looking to make fitness fun again then you are looking in the right place. Every session will be different to the last and I will make sure you are getting the very best from each session you have with me and hopefully have some great laughs along the way.

Whether you are looking to lose weight, build muscle, hit a new personal best or get rid of that little wobble, Rhi can help you achieve your goals. She has experience in recovery plus which means that she has a good understanding of different injuries and surgical procedures you may have had. She can help you recover and build strength back in the following areas: knees, back, shoulders, feet and hips.

How can I help you improve your health?

I became interested in fitness and training when in 2015 I made the choice to change everything I did and through training, effort and willpower I lost five stone in two years, so I got my level 2 and 3 in fitness in 2017 and changed the idea of where I wanted to be, because of this I want to inspire and motivate people into achieving their goals, from weight loss and feeling fitter to strength and building muscle.

I like to create programs that are diverse and fun, something to make you enjoy your training and feel you are getting the most out of it. Also I like to build up the ideas of what you will be able to do and setting goals for future training.

I feel that training has a huge knock on effect on our everyday lives; using the gym will improve it so that you feel you can live better and feel wonderful.

I believe it is important to get the best understanding of your training because it is not just the body that changes but also the mind. I will help you understand, keep focused, motivated and feeling good.
