I specialise in body transformations and would love to help you achieve the body you have always wanted. I can help you lose weight, build muscle, tone up and accomplish your fitness goals faster than you may think. I compete in men’s physique which allows me to have a great understanding of nutrition and what it takes to get down to a low body fat percentage in a short space of time. I will often drop 10kg in 12 weeks or less so with my knowledge and your hard work there is no reason why you can’t do the same. If you’re looking to make fitness fun again then you are looking in the right place. Every session will be different to the last and I will make sure you are getting the very best from each session you have with me and hopefully have some great laughs along the way.
