Carly's mission is to help you build and maintain a sustainable level of health and fitness that enables you to get the most from your life and your chosen activities outside of the gym. Whether that's working with you to reduce lower back pain, lose weight, improve cardiovascular fitness or functional strength - you will be prepared for the long run, not quick fixes that result in relapse. Working with Carly is about making real changes for you and your future and once you see the results not only will you feel better physically, and mentally, you'll also be empowered to continue to progress and achieve new goals through applying your new found knowledge and confidence.
Health and fitness have always been an important part of Carly's life. But after working in an office environment for years and sitting in a car commuting there and back every day. She understands the difficulties and the consequences that the working day brings; and how hard reaching and maintaining personal health and fitness goals can seem. She has retrained as a Personal Trainer so that she could work with, and show, people how to counteract these negative effects and restore the energy to deliver on those more demanding goals whether that be achieving a health weight, building strength and definition, or running 5K.
