After working in customer service for 5 years, Florence wanted to test her skills in another industry. During her first 4 years as a gym member at Nuffield Health, she has dropped 3 dress sizes and increased her overall fitness level. Regular exercise has improved her mental health, sleep, mood and is increasing her self-confidence day by day. She has achieved 2 Personal Training Qualifications and years of personal gym experience. She is best placed to help you achieve your goals such as increasing your confidence in the gym to lifting the heaviest weight you’ve ever lifted. As a Wellbeing Personal Trainer, she is available for 1-2-1 sessions tailored to you and your goals. Feel free to say hi or discuss you’re training when you see her on the gym floor.

How can I help you improve your health?

With over 25 years’ experience in the fitness industry Will has helped people of all ages and abilities reach their fitness goals. Whether you’re a first time gym goer looking to lose a few pounds for that special occasion or a professional athlete preparing for that big meet, Will has plenty of knowledge at his disposal to help you realise your potential. As well as being a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer, Will has a First Class Honours Degree in Physiology and Biochemistry along with other qualifications to back up his advice and guidance.

Connor Godbold

How can I help you improve your health?

Connor found his passion for health and fitness after completing his first obstacle course race in 2015. Since then he has completed in excess of 40 Tough Mudder Events and became focused on improving his performance. He took this one step further in 2018 by completing the Level 3 Personal Training Qualification.

Now a seasoned Personal Trainer with years of experience and additional qualifications such as movement screening and studio cycle he feels he has a range of skills to help people reach their goals. When training he likes to use functional training techniques to help improve people's fitness in their everyday life as well as their strength and endurance. He enjoys pushing people's limits and helping them to achieve things they never thought they could do and in turn this builds their confidence.

Lee Hobbis

Senior Wellbeing Personal Trainer

How can I help you improve your health?

Lee has been a Personal Trainer for many years and feels he is still growing as a Trainer. He has built a successful running club which happens on a Monday evening. In addition he has become a certified Boxercise Instructor and currently delivers classes.

Sport is his big passion, and he keeps active 5 to 7 times per week with Basketball being his main sport. He enjoys working on a one to one basis with his clients and helping them to reach their health and fitness goals in the gym. Lee enjoys functional training with big movements that transfer to everyday activities. He enjoys the challenge that every client is different in what they need to meet their specific goals.

Adam is one of the longest working Personal Trainers at Nuffield Health and has worked with a vast amount of clients from all walks of life, ranging in age and ability level.

He is passionate about helping his clients achieve their goals and nothing motivates him more than seeing his clients achieve the results they deserve. He is able to cater to all levels of fitness and sessions are tailored to your specific needs along with nutritional advice and information to give you the best results. He will always be there to encourage and motivate you throughout your fitness journey making you feel supported and confident in the gym.
