I can help improve your health through fun, personalised personal training, and when I say fun I mean blood, sweat and tears!!! With some laughter added in! I believe fitness should not be a chore my goal is to make sure you feel completely comfortable in your own skin, through body confidence, weight loss or gain, muscle gain and general well-being. I've been in your shoes before, and I loved my trainers that much I became one of them! I will be there to help you reach those goals, to help you stay on the right path! I am your motivation when you feel like you cannot do anymore, to congratulate you and be the one keeping you in check!

Whether you need a shake up with your programme, what sort of foods you should be eating or simply saying, Hannah, I need HELP; I will be here to help you so come say Hello!

How can i help you improve your health?

Lee has been a Personal Trainer for many years and feels, he is still growing as a Trainer. He has built a successful running club which happens on a Monday evening.  In addition he has become a certified Boxercise Instructor and currently delivers classes.

Sport is his big passion, and he keeps active 5 to 7 times per week with Basketball being his main sport.  He enjoys working on a one to one basis with his clients and helping them to reach their health and fitness goals in the gym.  Lee enjoys functional training with big movements that transfer to everyday activities.  He enjoys the challenge that every client is different in what they need to meet their specific goals.

Adam is one of the longest working Personal Trainers at Nuffield Health and has worked with a vast amount of clients from all walks of life, ranging in age and ability level.

He is passionate about helping his clients achieve their goals and nothing motivates him more than seeing his clients achieve the results they deserve.  He is able to cater to all levels of fitness and sessions are tailored to your specific needs along with nutritional advice and information to give you the best results.  He will always be there to encourage and motivate you throughout your fitness journey making you feel supported and confident in the gym.

Daniel Slatford

How can i help you improve your health?

Danny understands that everyone is unique and will have different needs, goals and possibly injuries.  Over the years he has focused on becoming a specialist in various areas include Nuffield Recovery Plus and Exercise Referral.  His specialist areas are obesity weight management and rehabilitation and he has first-hand experience gained from his own history.  He is ex-forces PTI and after leaving the Army his weight shot up to over 20 stone after suffering from an injury.  He is now down to 13 stone 8lbs and building muscle definition.  He therefore, understands the challenges this journey brings.

He has the passion for group exercise which stems from an MMA background and is an advanced Les Mills Body Combat and Les Mills Grit Instructor.  He knows how to make a challenge fun and to ensure the burn lasts.  He uses his knowledge to delivery the best Synrgy 360 Classes on the gym floor.

If you hear FASTER! FASTER! FASTER! You know you are in for a challenge! But don't be put off if you are new, there are beginner levels too .........FASTER!

First and foremost Ash is a Strength and Hypertrophy Trainer.  To be able to continuously progress and improve strength and fitness you must apply progressive overload!  If  you have weak and underactive muscles or even just incorrect form you run the risk of creating imbalances or worse the risk of injury due to improper use and function of under or over active muscles.

This is why regardless of your goals or experience Ash's approach is to first build a strong foundation by identifying and fixing weak areas. He will then build and strengthen those foundations which proactively reduce the risk of injury and hitting plateau's.  This also makes your workouts more effective for quicker results.
