As someone who has trained in a gym for over seven years and a personal trainer for the last three, I realise how important training is for both mental and physical health. My goal as a PT is to help people of all ages and backgrounds to use training as an outlet to both improve physically and mentally - as i have done so myself. I look forward to helping you find a second home in the gym, where you can become fitter, healthier and happier.

I am also a competitive pro fitness model and physique athlete which stemmed from my passion in fitness. Hey I’m Ricky and I’m 21 years old and have held a keen interest in fitness and wellbeing from a young age. I have always been eager to further my knowledge and skill set and continue to do that now. I am always learning!

With over 6 years of personal experience in the gym, I’ve acquired a passion to help others using the knowledge I have gained throughout the years. 

My approach is simple, by applying proven techniques which bring results. 

I aspire to help as many people as I can because I know what it’s like to be a beginner in the gym. 

I’ve learned to build up my confidence through sports and fitness, having played semi-professional rugby for 2 years and regular league prior for 10 years, I’ve learnt things that only come with experience, trial and error.
