How can i help you improve your health?

I have worked in the fitness industry for 15 years, teaching a wide variety of classes and personal training since 2013. I love all exercise and its numerous benefits and thrive on passing my enthusiasm on to my clients. I have experience working with all age groups from young children to 80 plus and strongly believe fitness is for everyone whatever the age or experience.

Through my personal goals in endurance running I have learnt first-hand how significant strength and conditioning is for improving performance and preventing injury.  My experience and knowledge can help you achieve your goal be it weight loss, sports specific training or simply supporting you to embrace fitness for the first time.

What my Clients say:

“I started training with Kevin having done no exercise for a number of years. Kevin set me up with a three times per week program which was very different to the typical treadmill and cardio routine I’d expected. He also gave me advise on healthy eating as opposed to dieting. After the first few weeks of building up my strength the program really kick-started my metabolism – I had tonnes more energy and the fat started to come off very quickly.  I am now a stone and half lighter than when I started.”

How can i help you improve your health?

After deciding to get fit and lose weight six years ago, fitness has become such a passion that it’s now my career.

I have personal experience in weight loss, having lost six stone with a programme I designed for myself, as well as muscle gain, having gained 2.5 stone in muscle since, so can accommodate a wide range of goals that people may have.

Using past experiences, combining my degree and level 3 personal trainer qualifications, I not only have the technical knowledge to help people achieve, but also being able to empathise and understand that overall fitness isn’t as black and white as it may seem, but has many other factors that can influence progress.

I’ve always had an interest in the foods we eat and how it affects the body, leading to the completion of a degree in nutrition, which has given me the in-depth scientific knowledge required to advise on the foods we eat.

My qualifications

  • Level 3 Personal Trainer
  • BSc (Hons) Nutrition
