How can I help you improve your health?
I have spent the last 12 years developing my skills within the fitness industry. Having always been someone that’s physically active in various sports, I have also trained using a variety of training methods, which has enabled me to get a better understanding of the various requirements and how to adapt them for individual and group sessions.
What started off with a BSc (Hons) in Health and Exercise, I have pursued further qualification in becoming a Personal Trainer and added Level 3 Exercise Referral, Ante/Post Natal, Sports Massage and Nutrition for Sports Performance as well as Level 4 Low Back Pain Management and Obesity and Diabetes.
I love being able to help people achieve their goals in weight loss, muscle building or toning, cardiovascular conditioning and improving mobility through a range of functional exercises, whilst also helping to make understanding nutrition simpler and easier.
