How can I help you improve your health?

Hi my names Ebony and I’ve worked at Nuffield Health for just over 2 years. Becoming a Personal Trainer was a natural choice as healthy living has always been a huge interest. Growing up playing football for different academies and currently participating in kickboxing and MMA taught me that exercise and helping others is my dream goal. I help both men and women to fulfil a healthy and happy lifestyle both physically and mentally. I am very passionate on the topic of mental health and feel as though including exercise into your daily routine can help vastly.

I like to specialise in Strength and Conditioning, Combat training, Weight loss and Holistic therapy that promotes awareness of both the body and the mind. My programmes are very flexible and can be tailored for you to help gain the confidence you deserve. Please feel free to find me in the gym to ask any questions or for a friendly chat.

How can I help you improve your health?

I have spent the last 12 years developing my skills within the fitness industry. Having always been someone that’s physically active in various sports, I have also trained using a variety of training methods, which has enabled me to get a better understanding of the various requirements and how to adapt them for individual and group sessions.

What started off with a BSc (Hons) in Health and Exercise, I have pursued further qualification in becoming a Personal Trainer and added Level 3 Exercise Referral, Ante/Post Natal, Sports Massage and Nutrition for Sports Performance as well as Level 4 Low Back Pain Management and Obesity and Diabetes.

I love being able to help people achieve their goals in weight loss, muscle building or toning, cardiovascular conditioning and improving mobility through a range of functional exercises, whilst also helping to make understanding nutrition simpler and easier.

Jon has been involved in the fitness industry for over 10 years and in that time built up a lot of knowledge in health and fitness. Jon specialises in HITT Training and is also a trained sports massage therapist. Jon has a calm and approachable manner allowing his clients to feel at ease.

Elisha's aim is to help build your confidence in the gym environment by finding the style of training you enjoy, helping you to achieve sustainable results.

Whether your goals are weight loss, increasing muscle mass or improving mobility, Elisha will challenge you in every session whether you are new to exercise or have been training for years.

Having a background in gymnastics coaching and professional dance her main focus is in good strong technique, core strength, and mobility.

As well as the physical benefits of exercise Elisha wants to help you discover the difference it can make to your mental well-being and everyday life and is always happy to have a chat if you see me on the gym floor!

I have always had a love for exercise and personal fitness from training in dance from the age of six. I have a level 3 diploma in dance. I first started training in the gym at the age of 18 and became very interested in personal training. I discovered that I had a passion to help and train others to achieve their fitness goals. As a PT I motivate and encourage people to be at their best, making my sessions fun and enjoyable.

I am an energised, goal oriented and passionate personal trainer. With the invaluable knowledge I have gained from my Sport and Exercise Science degree, this makes improving your health and fitness second nature. I love sport and exercise and since a young age have played football in and out of professional clubs as well as participating in many sports activities.

My aim is to listen, inspire and motivate you towards your individual goal. Whether this is to increase fitness levels, strength, mobility or muscle definition through tailor made programmes that are fun, innovative and rewarding.

I am a very approachable and friendly person. I believe anything is possible with the correct level of determination, encouragement and confidence to make positive changes and to most importantly succeed.

Hi, I am Irina and I’m here to help you to achieve your goals. With my passion of fitness and knowledge about nutrition I will be the right tool that will help you.

I love working with people, who have different goals to achieve - losing weight, gaining muscle mass, improve posture, be strong and confident. My biggest happiness is to be part of your journey and help you achieve goals. I am a mother of two, who gained loads of weight during both pregnancies. I know how hard it is to get back in shape, get the confidence and your body back. I truly believe in one thing, it is possible for you to become even stronger than before. I have done it before myself and I am more than happy to prove to you that your are wrong, if you think you can’t. And we will do it with a smile.

I have worked with clients who have got an injury or recovering from injuries, and we have made a huge progress working together.

Hi, I’m Tracey, a level 3 Personal Trainer and fitness instructor with a mission to help others find their best selves through movement. Many of you may recognise me from the studio as I've been a group exercise instructor here for 4 years.

I found my passion for fitness in my own weight loss and fitness journey and I hope to help you find your passion.

I am here to help you meet your fitness goals whether that be weight loss, improving cardiovascular fitness, building muscle mass or needing help gaining confidence using the gym.
