How can i help you improve your health?

Leading a sustainable healthy lifestyle starts with our mindset, which is why I will share the lessons learnt through my Masters degree in Psychology to help you to live life to the fullest, both inside and outside of the gym. I will also help you with your exercise routines by using the knowledge gained through twelve years of Taekwondo training and eight years of functional weight training to provide personalised safe and effective training programmes. I am passionate about educating my clients and provide the necessary tools so that you can look after your health for both the short and long term.

Becoming a Wellbeing Trainer has allowed me to follow my love for sport, fitness and passion for health in general: passion that will be brought to all the 1-2-1 sessions we have together. A scientific background has developed analytical and problem solving skills, which will be used to ensure you receive the best advice, tailored to you and your needs.

Both mobility and flexibility are central to my core beliefs in ensuring that all members remain active, healthy and most importantly enjoying exercise and the benefits that it brings. By mastering fundamental movements and understanding their place at the foundation of your fitness programme we will build a knowledge base to draw upon, not just for the next 10, 20 or 30 years but for life.

With years of experience working with ante and postnatal clients Holly has trained many women through this challenging time of their life. She specialises in treating diastasis recti, improving posture and teaching good movement, helping you to achieve a stronger and more functional body. She is a working mum of two and understands the obstacles that can come with this, She can help you with a realistic progressive program that is tailored to your body and your schedule.
