I have an extensive knowledge and experience in training. This includes Level 2 Fitness Instructing and Level 3 Personal Training and Level 3 exercise with disabled clients. I can create personalised workout plans, offer nutritional guidance and provide ongoing support and motivation to help you achieve your fitness goals. Whether you are looking to build strength, improve endurance or adapt exercises for specific needs. I am here to tailor our sessions to your unique requirements and help you make significant progress.

What makes me different is I have lost over 2 stone and overcome an eating disorder through resistance training. If you see me in the gym then come over and say, ‘Hello!’

I have 8 years experience in amateur boxing, alongside a degree in Sports and Exercise Science. With these tools I will help you to propel your health and fitness to the next level. I offer a range of methods to achieve this including Boxing, Strength and Conditioning and more traditional bodybuilding / calisthenics methods. My aim is to prioritise you as an individual in order to reach your health and fitness goal. I will tailor an individualised training plan alongside offering support with lifestyle and nutrition.

After going on a fitness and weight loss journey myself, along with having a young daughter, I can really empathise with your journey ahead and personally understand how hard it can be. I will use my experience and knowledge to help your overcome the hurdles you face on a day to day basis to help you get the results you are looking for.

I am all about enjoying your workout and think everyone should and can look forward to their time in the gym. When creating workout plans I start with what my client enjoys and build up from there factoring all their needs. My aim for every client to leave having enjoyed getting a step closer to their goal. I have over 15 years of experience, working with a wide variety of individuals from national medallists and international athletes from the world of swimming and triathlon, to everyday athletes with both performance and aesthetic-based goals.
