Becoming a Wellbeing Trainer has allowed me to follow my love for sport, fitness and passion for health in general: passion that will be brought to all the 1-2-1 sessions we have together. A scientific background has developed analytical and problem solving skills, which will be used to ensure you receive the best advice, tailored to you and your needs.
Both mobility and flexibility are central to my core beliefs in ensuring that all members remain active, healthy and most importantly enjoying exercise and the benefits that it brings. By mastering fundamental movements and understanding their place at the foundation of your fitness programme we will build a knowledge base to draw upon, not just for the next 10, 20 or 30 years but for life.
