Personal training is about being fun and motivational whilst working towards your set goals. Your goals could be something you have recently set or have been working towards for years. These goals could change your life and I'm here to help. My sessions will be tough due to challenging your body to new potentials but fun to keep you interacted and motivated to come back for more!

How can I help you improve your health?

It’s my goal to see my clients achieving their goals. My aim is to help you go from struggling with where to start to becoming confident in your workouts and enjoying the gym!

After going on a fitness and weight loss journey myself, along with having a young daughter, I can really empathise with your journey ahead and personally understand how hard it can be. I will use my experience and knowledge to help your overcome the hurdles you face on a day to day basis to help you get the results you are looking for.

I am all about enjoying your workout and think everyone should and can look forward to their time in the gym. When creating workout plans I start with what my client enjoys and build up from there factoring all their needs. My aim for every client to leave having enjoyed getting a step closer to their goal. Whatever your goal whether it be short term for an upcoming event or more long term to improve health and fitness, lets see how I can help you achieve them!

How can I help you improve your health?

With years of experience working with ante and postnatal clients Holly has trained many women through this challenging time of their life. She specialises in treating diastasis recti, improving posture and teaching good movement, helping you to achieve a stronger and more functional body. She is a working mum of two and understands the obstacles that can come with this, She can help you with a realistic progressive program that is tailored to your body and your schedule.
