How can i help you improve your health?

Leading a sustainable healthy lifestyle starts with our mindset, which is why I will share the lessons learnt through my Masters degree in Psychology to help you to live life to the fullest, both inside and outside of the gym. I will also help you with your exercise routines by using the knowledge gained through twelve years of Taekwondo training and eight years of functional weight training to provide personalised safe and effective training programmes. I am passionate about educating my clients and provide the necessary tools so that you can look after your health for both the short and long term.

She specialises in treating diastasis recti, improving posture and teaching good movement, helping you to achieve a stronger and more functional body. She is a working mum of two and understands the obstacles that can come with this, She can help you with a realistic progressive program that is tailored to your body and your schedule.
