Your initial 45-minute appointment involves an assessment and treatment. We assess your pain and symptoms to determine the cause of these symptoms, then recommend a treatment plan for you and begin this treatment. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes. Your physiotherapist will advise how many appointments you will need but you can stop treatment at any time.

Having played basketball and rugby to international level, Nathan has often found himself on the treatment table.

As a qualified Physiotherapist, Strength and Conditioning coach and Sports Scientist, he has gained experience in professional rugby union, sevens and league and across the pond working in the NFL.

He has worked as an orthopaedic team leader at Washington Hospital Centre as well as experience with veterans at Walter Reed Hospital specializing in Amputee rehab.

This Experience has helped him to develop a knowledge base in the treatment and rehabilitation of acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries in both adult and paediatric populations.

Since graduating from the University of Central Lancashire in 2015, Simon has been working as a Physiotherapist predominantly in the NHS and private sector.

With a background in football, Simon represented both Preston North End and Morecambe Football Club at youth level prior to his Physiotherapy training, meaning that he understands the importance of injury prevention and a comprehensive rehabilitation programme.

Simon has a passion for enabling his clients to achieve their goals and potential through a comprehensive assessment, and graded exposure to their activities by looking into, and developing both physical and psychosocial factors affecting their day to day lives.
