An empathetic and conscientious individual, I pride myself on providing a tailored service that will help you gain autonomy and confidence in your health and wellbeing.

I have over 5 years of experience in working with individuals on their physical and mental wellbeing. My passion for a holistic approach to health and fitness was cultivated from my personal journey. Training and mindset work have not only transformed my relationship with my body but have created a positive ripple effect in all areas of my life.

I pride myself on providing the support and tools needed to help you create a healthy sustainable lifestyle and strong mindset which allows you to feel your happiest, healthiest and strongest. How can I help you improve your health?

As I used to be a dancer for Plymouth raiders, and the British basketball league, being fit and healthy has always been a priority for me. After working as a receptionist in the leisure industry I felt like I was on the wrong side of the fence. I enjoyed training and coaching people and embarked on becoming a personal trainer.

I aim to inspire people to take control of their health through fun and interactive sessions. I feel that training has a huge knock on effect on our daily lives. Being more active and physically able brings positive changes so that you feel that you can live better and feel fabulous.

I have worked with every type of individual. My level 4 qualifications allow me to give the very best up to date advice for those suffering with diabetes and cancer. Regardless of your current health, movement is everything and can improve your symptoms hugely. These conditions do not intimidate me. With my Recovery Plus qualification I have gained extensive knowledge for the rehabilitation of skeletal surgery. So whether you are suffering with diabetes, cancer or facing the prospect of surgery, I would be delighted to try and help you.

My focus is to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. My background is football related, starting at an early age and carrying on my career until present. Over time, this has allowed me to gain knowledge about keeping fit and healthy both on and off the pitch. I love working with clients with all different goals and backgrounds and I am invested in you and your journey which you will go on. I cover all aspects of health and fitness from improving general fitness to high-intensity training, sports-specific training, strength training and weight management. I come from a sporting background of Hockey which underpins a lot of the values and training styles I incorporate with clients. I have worked with a wide variety of individuals on goals that have involved building muscle, changing body composition and strength & conditioning to provide individuals with a strong foundation to tackle life’s demands. My focus is always on you as the individual and finding the right programme and exercises to fit your needs. I am passionate about helping you achieve your health and fitness goals, in a fun and engaging way. My goal is to motivate you every step of the way and provide a structured approach to training, to help keep you accountable to achieve your fitness goals. 

I have always been passionate about fitness. As a youngster, I represented my county in Football. Since then, I have moved into other sporting activities. I am an avid gym goer and take my strength and conditioning training seriously. Last year I had my first charity boxing match, and have more recently competed in Hyrox races in London and Stockholm. My background in a variety of sports has allowed me to improve my knowledge and skills in different areas of fitness.
