Due to my introduction to life in the Fire Service, fitness has always been a big part of my life.

After seeing my own levels of fitness deteriorate due to a high demanding job, I took matters into my own hands and became a Personal Trainer. This has lead to me travelling the world and working with sporting and international stars to achieve their goals and improve there mental wellbeing.

Before I moved to Plymouth in June 2018 I was a Secondary School Teacher but decided to change careers and qualify as a Personal Trainer. Mainly as I wanted to help people see and benefit from a healthier version of themselves, because I know first hand what a difference it can make to your life.

We all know the main reasons why we need to lead an active and healthy lifestyle, e.g. to be fitter, stronger and free of preventable illness, etc. But we sometimes forget about other reasons/benefits such as; reduced stress, increased energy, improved mood and self image...the list goes on! I couldn't think of a better job than helping people achieve all these things and more.

Overall, my mission is to get as many people as possible creating healthier and more active lifestyles with a smile on their face.
