Having been here since we opened over 10 years ago, I have moved from Senior Wellbeing Advisor to Health Mentor and now to Studio Co-ordinator.

Working closely with the Fitness Manager, I organise classes in our studio, on the gym floor and in the pool to give our members the  most variety. 

I recruit, train, motivate and evaluate the very best group exercise instructors ensuring that Nuffield Health Nottingham has the best timetable on offer.  I’m passionate about group exercise and I even get to deliver many classes myself, helping towards creating a fitter planet!

How can I help you improve your health?

With experience training both athletes and physique clients and his own personal journey from power lifter to performance road cyclist, he has a vast collection of training techniques at his disposal for a wide variety of body types, goals and ambitions. Whether it is body sculpture and tone, sport specific performance or just a gentle push in the right direction. With a background in sport specific correction and rehabilitation, particularly in the lower body, along with powerlifting and strength coaching he has developed specialized skills in postural, core strength and dynamic abdominal development.

Having a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science enables me to advise in many areas of exercise whether you want to be able to make everyday tasks easier or to be able to complete a triathlon. My training methods are varied and tailored to meet your goals and expectations so I will keep you enjoying your exercise.

Having originally trained as a Sports Massage Therapist I’ve had the pleasure of working with various clients. I soon found the key to healthy, successful people was movement and mobility alongside strength and conditioning training - this put me on the path to develop as a Personal Trainer!

I use an immersive coaching strategy with all of whom I train consisting of PT a user friendly training app, monthly nutritional coaching and self directed session plans.

I have a come from a nutritional background, and can provide you with tailored advice on the correct nutrition for your goals – from running a marathon to increasing muscle mass to dropping a dress size, along with an exercise protocol to maximize your results!

My areas of interest include resistance exercise, endurance training and HIIT. I love helping people improve their wellbeing, be it functional, physical or mental. If you just need that extra push, or are starting from the beginning, I will be there to support you every step of the way!
