Your initial 45-minute appointment involves an assessment and treatment. We assess your pain and symptoms to determine the cause of these symptoms, then recommend a treatment plan for you and begin this treatment. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes. Your physiotherapist will advise how many appointments you will need but you can stop treatment at any time.

Since graduating in 2008 I have worked across a wide variety of healthcare settings. I started in the NHS and gained valuable experience across all healthcare specialities before moving on to private healthcare. I also have a passion for sport and so I have worked in a variety of sporting environments including Rugby, Gaelic Football and Athletics.

I am currently completing my masters in Sports Physiotherapy and working with a Mixed Martial Arts club as their resident physiotherapist. I have a keen interest in assisting people to move better, recover from injury and improve performance whether it is in sport or their day to day life.
