Dean developed a keen interest in health and fitness from an early age and when a recent opportunity arose for him to change career direction he jumped at the chance. His previous career was very high-pressure and required him to travel the length and breadth of the country, therefore he fully understands the difficulties of trying to obtain and maintain a good level of fitness whilst struggling with time commitments.

How can i help you improve your health?

Dedicated to getting individual results and helping people achieve their goals; from losing weight, general toning and body conditioning through to developing fitness levels and race/event planning. As a trainer and educator with over 25 years’ experience, Becky is empathetic and focussed, tailoring her sessions for the individual to achieve these targets. She currently takes part in triathlons; sprint, middle and long distances and recently completed the Bolton ironman 140.6 and Stafford 70.3. As part of her training she regularly runs, cycles and swims in open water as well as strength and conditioning sessions. She is also a keen tennis and hockey player.

With a strong background in combat sports he approaches personal training with a fighting mentality. In order to achieve your goals this can be scaled to all fitness levels in order to get fighting fit. Workouts are always varied, both challenging and fun with consistent programming leading to great results both physically and mentally.

Adam has always been into fitness from a young age with a strong background in a variety of sports from football, running, swimming and bodybuilding. When he is not working or training, he is educating himself on how to improve not only his own training, but finding ways to improve his clients training too, making them fun, fresh and challenging. With experience and knowledge with different types of training such as HIIT, muscle endurance, hypertrophy and strength, his sessions are catered to your goals. Whether it’s improving on your fitness levels, performance levels, your well-being or even adding inches to those arms, he can help.
