She has competed in natural bodybuilding ladies physique over 55kg competitions several times and achieved runner up British Champion which has taught her discipline and what it takes to create the perfect physique.She believes in practicing exactly what she preaches!

Hi my name is Aleks and I am a fitness professional with nearly 10 years' experience in fitness and wellness. Sports and fitness have been essential parts of my life since an early age.

Holding a university degree in dance and having practiced for most of my life, I have gained strong insight into body movement.

Body balance, mobility, flexibility and coordination are my areas of expertise and I can help you improve them in no time.

These elements are not only essential in strength training but they also play a big part in daily activity.
