If you are lacking in motivation and in need of some encouragement then look no further. Not only does Becky have almost 20 years experience but she's extremely passionate about helping others achieve their goals. She has competed in natural bodybuilding ladies physique over 55kg competitions several times and achieved runner up British Champion which has taught her discipline and what it takes to create the perfect physique.She believes in practicing exactly what she preaches!

Sam has a passion for all things fitness, as a GB indoor athletics competitor he likes to focus and specialise in compound lifting and HIIT training. As a trainer his aim is to make sure all of his clients reach their goals and push beyond the limits they never dreamt of!

A number of years ago Dean changed his career path to pursue his keen interest in health and fitness. As a result of his previously high pressured job he fully understands the difficulties of trying to maintain a good level of fitness. Now as an experienced PT and a member of the team he's fully aware of the importance of ensuring a good level of exercise is achieved consistently both for physical health but mental health also. As a body conditioning instructor Harry is a regular and friendly face within Nuffield who has had an approach in classes that has enabled participants on all levels to become fitter, faster and stronger.

Having a keen interest in athletic sports Harry has a versatile approach in motivating others on all levels to achieve their fitness goals. He has the ability to encourage and challenge you to and go beyond your comfort zone whilst having fun at the same time and as a result you will grow in confidence and character!
