How can i help you improve your health?

If you’re new to exercise, or you’re bored of the same routine and you’re not getting the results you want. Fern will be able to help you, by measuring your strengths and weaknesses by educating clients through correct techniques and nutritional plans.  She enjoys helping clients to achieve their goals such as getting fit, getting toned, to lose weight, to gain strength, to build muscle mass and train for an event.

John is a level 4 PT specialising in lower back pain, Pre and Post Natal, training for the older generation and those with asthma. he believes in setting goals and hitting them while having fun and working hard in the process. He also offers realistic nutritional advise and Is a level 2 Hatton Boxing for Fitness instructor.

Claire has been a qualified personal trainer for 4 years also with an undergraduate degree in sports therapy. Her specialities are long distance running, conditioning and rehabilitation programs. She has worked alongside football and rugby clubs to support their conditioning and rehabilitation programs alongside the physiotherapists

Amari is an energetic and lively personal trainer who excels with the personal aspect of being a trainer, he runs 3 of our biggest gym floor based classes and drives clients towards their goals. Amari specialises in completion prep, HIIT training and circuit training.
