How can I help you improve your health?
I am one of our Wellbeing Personal Trainers. I deliver 1-2-1 Training as well as small group classes on the gym floor. Along with this, I also deliver MOD Pre Joining Fitness Assessments and Cystic Fibrosis Sessions for some of our younger members. My aim is to aid you in mobility and strength and push you with High Intensity Training. Using a more functional and varied system of training, I train my clients with the same methodology I follow.
