How can I help you improve your health?

I am one of our Wellbeing Personal Trainers. I deliver 1-2-1 Training as well as small group classes on the gym floor. Along with this, I also deliver MOD Pre Joining Fitness Assessments and Cystic Fibrosis Sessions for some of our younger members. My aim is to aid you in mobility and strength and push you with High Intensity Training.  Using a more functional and varied system of training, I train my clients with the same methodology I follow.

How can I help you improve your health?

As a trainer I invest my time in helping clients to create a maintainable training plan built around anything from losing body fat and increasing muscle, to rehabilitation and nutrition. I won't just tell you how to exercise and what to eat, I empathise, I motivate, and I respect your individual needs.

I use various methods of training including free weights, functional training and strength conditioning. As well as 1-2-1 training, I offer small group training on the gym floor and 
spin 
classes. I also deliver MOD Pre-Joining Fitness Tests and Health MOTs.

I am one of our long standing Personal Trainers, with more than 15 years experience in the Fitness Industry.  I currently deliver 1-2-1 Personal Sessions, Health MOTs and Group Exercise Classes such as Spin, Kettlebells, Piloga, and Strength Conditioning. I also have a wealth of experience in rehabilitation care, postural correction and injury recovery, and I am qualified in both Pre and Post Natal Care physical training. How can I help you improve your health?

I have been a Nuffield Health Wellbeing Personal Trainer for three years, and prior to that I worked as a personal trainer at a variety of different clubs around the country.

No matter your goal, I can plan the correct mix of strength training, functional training, flexibilty and postural work to get you looking and feeling the way you want to.

In order to ensure consistency in both training and the results it provides, I believe sessions should be fun yet challenging. As a former marine I have been in many difficult situations and I am an excellent motivator.

How can I help you improve your health?

I am a Wellbeing Personal Trainer delivering coaching and training to clients, as well as taking Classes such as Skill Zone and Skill Row. I have a great deal of expertise in Olympic Weightlifting, and have competed at University. Currently, I deliver Cystic Fibrosis Sessions, Pre-Joining Fitness assessments for the MOD, as well as Health MOTs for Members. As a Level 3 Personal Trainer, I take a holistic approach to Health and Fitness, pushing clients to achieve their goals by using functional training, improving posture and quality of life, with a view to enhancing sporting performance.

As the Senior Personal Trainer in Medway, I deliver 121 training, Health MOTs and Group Exercise Classes. I currently head up the Joint Pain Programme, helping individuals with osteoarthritis. I specialise in body fat reduction/weight loss, hypertrophy, aesthetics, strength and conditioning and have over 10 years experiences. I am a certified nutritionist who gives advanced tailored nutrition advice. As a Sports Therapist BSc, MSc, Dhip with experience in the NHS and Private sectors. I'm qualified to deliver advances rehabilitation, muscle balancing, posture correction and gait education. I have worked with a wide client base and I support my clients 7 days a week with constant connection in-between sessions.
