Having been through my own personal weight loss journey of having lost five stone, I understand the challenges in progressing and regressing with your goals. My specialism stems from using a personalised approach to help you achieve the goals that YOU want to reach. Whether that is to feel better within your own skin, training for a challenge or to lose excess body fat. I use a variety of approaches such as HIIT, bodyweight and weight training tailored to hit those target areas. Let’s just say training with me will never be dull, I will always challenge you to push yourself and achieve more than your thought possible.
