How can I help you improve your health?

I am one of our Wellbeing Personal Trainers. I deliver 1-2-1 Training as well as small group classes on the gym floor. Along with this, I also deliver MOD Pre Joining Fitness Assessments and Cystic Fibrosis Sessions for some of our younger members. My aim is to aid you in mobility and strength and push you with High Intensity Training.  Using a more functional and varied system of training, I train my clients with the same methodology I follow.

How can I help you improve your health?

I am one of your wellbeing personal trainers here at Medway. I deliver 1-2-1 sessions, group exercise classes and MOD fitness tests. My passion for exercise comes from a firm belief that it can benefit an individual not just physically but mentally too. I started my fitness journey just like many people, not feeling happy with how I looked at myself in the mirror. Now fast forwards over five years later and 16kg heavier, I now feel so much more confident in how I look. 

I have been a fully qualified personal trainer for more than three years, so though I may be a newer face to some I do have the experience to help an individual reach their desired goal. Currently I compete as an under 100kg powerlifter and that has an influence on the style of training I use with my clientele. My aim as a trainer is to help an individual reach a goal through various training styles including HIIT/circuit training and strength training; through the use of compound exercises, all whilst using the key principles of fitness such as progressive overload, individualisation, periodisation, specificity, recovery and variation.  I always like to ensure that all my clients leave each session one step closer to their goal and with a better understanding of how they can use the knowledge learnt during our sessions to push themselves further than they thought they could.

I am one of our long standing Personal Trainers, with more than 15 years experience in the Fitness Industry.  I currently deliver 1-2-1 Personal Sessions, Health MOTs and Group Exercise Classes such as Spin, Kettlebells, Piloga, and Strength Conditioning. I also have a wealth of experience in rehabilitation care, postural correction and injury recovery, and I am qualified in both Pre and Post Natal Care physical training. I am one of our Wellbeing Personal Trainers. I deliver 1-2-1 Training and Classes both for Adults and Younger Members, I also deliver MOD Pre Joining Fitness Assessments.

As a British Triathlon Federation qualified coach, I can help you from beginner level sprints to world championship iron-distance racing. Having competed in many races myself I know what it takes physically and mentally to complete the challenge.

I am one of the leading Wellbeing Personal Trainers here at Medway, and have been training and coaching for over 11 years! I deliver 1-2-1 training and small group training on the Gym Floor. My experience has allowed me to train everyone from elite clientele to complete beginners, of all ages, from of 14-73, helping them to reach their personal and professional goals. Body fat loss, increasing muscle mass and nutritional guidance are all achievable.  Using fully functional training, free weights, kettlebells and body weight exercises, you will go further than you imagined!  I can also help with Pre & Post Natal exercise, Strength and Conditioning and Injury Rehabilitation.
