I have been a professional 400m athlete for the past 10 years. I’m passionate about sport and believe everyone can achieve everything if they believe in themselves.

Specialising in strength training and cardio due to my career as an athlete; my goal is to keep you motivated and help you to be consistent and focussed, even when you find yourself with low energy levels. My workouts are dynamic, fresh and unique.

I am dedicated, responsible and above all I like to exceed expectations. I try to make each interaction a unique moment and feel proud to contribute towards the wellbeing of others who wish to live a healthier and happier life!

With over 5 years of training experience and studying Psychology alongside Sport at higher educational level, I understand how to utilise psychological methods and techniques to help optimise your body’s unfulfilled potential.

The core of my training for every client I meet is enjoyment! It’s important to me, you enjoy exercise, use my knowledge in a way that is going to work best for you when it comes to making a programme you're going to enjoy.

I pride myself on being a confidence coach. My greatest achievements have come in helping clients tackle their fears both inside and outside the gym. The gym floor can be a very intimidating place. I have a lot of experience in teaching subjects related to postural issues as well as nutrition (specifically detoxification). There is a lot more to fitness than lifting and running and it is important I teach you these lessons to help you reach your goals.
