Lee has vast experience in personal training working with a variety of clients ranging from weight loss, mass building, sports-based training and police/military applicant conditioning. He has been bodybuilding for 5 years, while exploring other forms of exercise such as plyometrics and functional training. His focus in sessions is to not only physically condition his clients but also psychologically improve their approach and perception of exercise. Knowledge is power, the more you know about your mind and body, the more power you have to change them!
