I have been a personal trainer for two years now after discovering my passion for fitness and wellbeing when I left school. In those two years I have learnt how to tailor each of my sessions to my clients training needs, and work closely alongside them to help them achieve their goals. I am confident with training any age group. I specialise in fat loss, strength and conditioning but have worked with clients with various goals. However, my main aim is to always educate and guide my clients to help them achieve the healthy and happy lifestyle they’re seeking.
