Mike has been with the company for closer to 3 years now and in that time established a great relationship with all members at our leatherhead site through both classes and personal training. He is extremely easy to talk to and will make anyone feel at ease and comfortable in the gym. He has a sporting background and a strong understanding of the anatomy, enabling him to guide you to your fitness goals and improve on any weak or injured areas of the body.

Sport and fitness has always been a big part of my life and is something that I have enjoyed from a young age. I have participated in a wide range of sports over the years, from football to basketball and this has allowed me to gain knowledge on how different sports require different functions and movements within the body and how to adapt training to specific sports. As well as taking part in many sports I have trained within the gym myself for several years now and in that time have learnt new exercises and techniques to help mix up training so that the body does not adapt to consistently training in the same way.

My goal for you is to create a challenging workout and program that will require you to put the hard work in but will help you to achieve your personal goals efficiently. By understanding what your short/long term goals are, I will use all of my knowledge to make sure that the way you are training is specific and will allow you to reach the goals that have been set. I am here to help motivate and pass on what I know to you.

Gino has worked in the fitness industry for over  ten years and has picked up a lot of experience along the way.  Whether its weight loss, strength conditioning, injury rehab or toning up he has the knowledge to specifically tailor sessions and programs regardless the goals. Gino strives on technique, he believes if something is worth doing, it’s worth doing right.
