As a lifetime-keen cross-country skier and martial artist, Vojtech has always been fascinated with body movement and using body weight and gravity as a means of resistance. He believe in clear goal setting and having a balance in life utilizing body weight training, stretching and cardio vascular endurance.

Our workouts together will be fun, I like to mix up! Together, we will get results , laugh, sweat and work it out! Whatever your goals are, I guarantee I will take you there.
I have a background in Sports and Ballet,  and when injuries benched me, I learned how important it is to have someone that cares about one’s safety. I CARE; about your safety, your health, and about making a positive change in your lifestyle.

Since starting as a Personal Trainer in 2012 and having worked with a wide range of clients, with a variety of goals I have found that:
• Development of a strong core using dynamic exercises helps my clients achieve success regardless of their goals
• Training should be enjoyable and not seen as a chore
• A lot of us work in boxes  so shouldn’t train in them
• Variety is key to long term success and sustainability
