Change requires action; a committed health and fitness journey creates an opportunity to focus and regain balance. My approach to training is to optimise fitness goals and outcomes, improve performance and reduce possible injuries. Physical activity has always been prominent in my life, from playing rugby, sprinting, boxing, martial arts and weight training. 

Setting goals and pushing the body to meet those goals can be bittersweet. It's equally important to make sure that there's a balance between our mental and physical wellbeing. I have experience setting up and delivering weekly outdoor (bootcamp style) small group and 1-2-1 fitness programs, focusing on multiple areas of fitness:
