Goodluck has been a personal trainer for over 5 years, he has a love for boxing which he incorporates into his clients' sessions. This includes bag and pad work. Goodluck is also a specialist in muscle building and strength. His motto is 'Excuses Don’t Make Gains'. Goodlucks sessions are perfect to take out your aggression after a tough day in the office!

As the Group Exercise Manager Debbie ensures that the timetable provides a variety of classes suitable for all members.

After years of competing in swimming and football I know how to train at a high intensity but also how to make workouts fun. I relate to clients easily as I have gone through my own transformation after getting married and stopped exercising. I went up to a dress size 14, I have then since changed my lifestyle by exercising and eating right to get back down to a size 10. I am still working hard today to reach my goal. We can do your transformation together and I will be with you every step of the way.
