How can I help you improve your health?
I have a background in Sport Science at university, where I qualified to be a personal trainer, and I am currently studying for a Master’s degree in Strength and Conditioning. This has given me an in-depth understanding of how to help people achieve their fitness and performance goals from building muscle, to slimming down to improving sporting performance.
I am passionate about helping people to improve and achieve, with bespoke sessions tailored to the needs of each client progressing each person from their current level of experience, ability and confidence. I will give full support and remain in regular contact in order to motivate, maintain accountability and to answer any questions you may have.
