How can I help you improve your health?

Having a degree in strength and conditioning has given me experience in working with a variety of athletes and tailoring to their specific needs. I have also trained several non-competitive individuals with a variety of goals. From learning basic weight training techniques, to achieving strength-based goals and body transformations. My developed knowledge in training combined with my easy-to-understand approach, will make anyone suitable to reach their desired goals.

Having gone through my own transformation, exercise and gym-based training have become a passion of mine, as it has benefitted my health and wellbeing. I now want to help others develop their training and achieve their personal goals.

If you are a beginner in the gym looking to build muscle, lose body fat and transform yourself, or you are a more experienced individual looking to further develop, then I would be able to assist you in achieving your goals.

Having worked in an office for several years, I know the difficulties and challenges of being too sedentary in life. Through marathon training, playing sports, attending fitness classes I helped myself become more active in my lifestyle, improving my health and feeling more confident and energized!

Do you have a desk based career? From experience, office work can be very sedentary leading to poor food choices, posture issues, joint issues and weight gain. After personally battling these issues I have dedicated myself towards helping others improve their posture, ‘range of motion’, and reclaim their strength and athleticism.

I believe you can’t achieve a goal without getting out of your comfort zone and challenging yourself! So my sessions won’t be easy but I can provide the support and accountability you need to help build your confidence, develop functional fitness and achieve your physical goal(s).

    From working with a multitude of different clients, as well as competing in many different sports, I have gained a lot of experience in the fitness and sports performance industry. Whether it is teaching a beginner to use free weights/machines for the first time, perfecting an experienced lifter’s squat, or transforming a client’s physique through fat loss and muscle gain, my simple and friendly coaching style will make anyone feel comfortable and ensure results.

    I have worked a lot with complete beginners to the gym to help empower them and build their confidence on the gym floor, as well as transform the way they look and feel. At the other end of the spectrum, I have trained with the Royal Marines and many different sports teams, so I know how to get results and maximise performance.   

    All of my programmes and sessions will be tailored specifically for you, to ensure that you will meet your goals in the safest, fastest and most enjoyable way possible.

    I am a semi-professional football player currently playing left back for Milton Keynes Dons (MK Dons) in the third tier of women’s football, the FA Women’s National League- Southern Premier Division. I have played football since I was 8 years old with teams including Watford FC and ABAC college in Georgia, USA on a soccer scholarship.

    Football and exercise became my passion and benefitted my health and wellbeing in multiple ways and I want to bring that motivation, knowledge and confidence to your training.

    No matter your ability, level, exercise, or sporting interest from gym newbies to callisthenics and footballing athletes; if you are committed to the process, I am committed to your journey.     My No.1 priority as a PT is to ensure that exercise does not feel like a chore. Whether you’ve been training for years and need a switch up, or have just begun – I am here to make achieving your goals fun!

    As a woman I know how daunting walking onto the gym floor can be, let alone the weights area. My goal is to make my clients so confident in their technique & sure of what they are doing that they aren’t afraid of making mistakes, of others watching, or of pushing themselves to failure. I will help you overcome the barriers that may be stopping you from reaching your full potential.

    One of my fortes is coaching children and young adults. Not only will I develop their motor skills, and progress the control of their movements, but I will help them find a passion for training and improve their sports performance.

    Every session will be designed around your individual needs and goals. I will strive to apply all the knowledge that I have gained from my sports science degree where possible, as well as other related qualifications such as kettlebells, indoor cycling, movement screening and hopefully many more.

    I will use my experience in endurance sports, to help you in future races or events, with detailed plans in training, nutrition and injury prevention.

    On the other end of the scale, I have 6 years of weight training knowledge to help you increase muscle mass, burn fat, and becoming more mobile, with a specific diet and training programme around your lifestyle.

    My main passion is helping others to be confident using all machines and equipment, in particular both resistance and free weights. Using my knowledge, I will set/tailor your session plans to suit your specific requirements and abilities, so don't hesitate to approach me.

    I have personally worked through a full body transformation and am happy to share my experience. If you are looking to gain strength, lose body fat, gain muscle definition or just to feel fitter then I can give you the results you are after.
