How can I help you improve your health?

I have a background in Sport Science at university, where I qualified to be a personal trainer, and I am currently studying for a Master’s degree in Strength and Conditioning.  This has given me an in-depth understanding of how to help people achieve their fitness and performance goals from building muscle, to slimming down to improving sporting performance.

I am passionate about helping people to improve and achieve, with bespoke sessions tailored to the needs of each client progressing each person from their current level of experience, ability and confidence. I will give full support and remain in regular contact in order to motivate, maintain accountability and to answer any questions you may have.

How can I help you improve your health?

My fitness journey started at a young age competing in Cross Country, Football and Martial Arts. After finding this love of training and the confidence it gave me in all aspects in life, I wanted to help other people do the same.

My sessions will not only be fun and enjoyable, but you’ll achieve the results you want. The support you receive in and out of the gym is vital to your progress. I therefore ensure you have tailored sessions with individual programmes to teach you how to train in your own time too.

Workouts should be fun, as well as challenging! I want to make you look forward to your next workout, but still see the difference in a matter of weeks.

I am a young trainer who wants to push myself as well as my clients to do the best we can possibly do. Although I am friendly I am also firm and get down to business when it comes to pushing your limits.

Do you have a desk based career? From experience, office work can be very sedentary leading to poor food choices, posture issues, joint issues and weight gain. After personally battling these issues I have dedicated myself towards helping others improve their posture, ‘range of motion’, and reclaim their strength and athleticism.

I believe you can’t achieve a goal without getting out of your comfort zone and challenging yourself! So my sessions won’t be easy but I can provide the support and accountability you need to help build your confidence, develop functional fitness and achieve your physical goal(s).

    Over the last 5 years my personal training programmes have helped hundreds of busy, activity loving people living with aches and pains reduce their pain, created confidence in their own bodies and performed activities beyond their dreams. 

    The approach we will take together empowers you to take control of your own health and fitness by educating you about the fundamentals of exercise, mindset, nutrition and rehabilitation.

    My passion for exercise is driven by my love of sport, dancing, living life to the max and being able to experience any opportunities thrown my way in the confidence my body can deal with anything.

    When you train with me I will take away your physical aches and pains, help you build confidence in yourself, talk about doughnuts, sing, dance and make you laugh (at me or with me, it doesn’t matter which).

    From working with a multitude of different clients, as well as competing in many different sports, I have gained a lot of experience in the fitness and sports performance industry. Whether it is teaching a beginner to use free weights/machines for the first time, perfecting an experienced lifter’s squat, or transforming a client’s physique through fat loss and muscle gain, my simple and friendly coaching style will make anyone feel comfortable and ensure results.

    I have worked a lot with complete beginners to the gym to help empower them and build their confidence on the gym floor, as well as transform the way they look and feel. At the other end of the spectrum, I have trained with the Royal Marines and many different sports teams, so I know how to get results and maximise performance.   

    All of my programmes and sessions will be tailored specifically for you, to ensure that you will meet your goals in the safest, fastest and most enjoyable way possible.

    I've been a personal trainer, sports therapist and a sports masseur since 2000, successfully working with a variety of clients. Everyone has individual goals they want to achieve, sometimes the solution is very simple in principle but hard to maintain in reality. My job is to help you stay on track, creating long-term healthy habits to help you reach your goals.

    How can I help you improve your health?

    Every Session will be designed around your individual needs and goals. I will strive to apply all the knowledge that I have gained from my sports science degree, where possible. As well as other related qualifications such as kettle bells, indoor cycling, movement screening and hopefully many more. I will use my experience in endurance sports, to help you in future races or events, with detailed plans in training, nutrition and injury prevention. On the other end of the scale, I have 6 years of weight training knowledge to help you increase muscle mass, burn fat, and becoming more mobile, with a specific diet and training programme around your lifestyle.

    I am an outgoing and easily approachable trainer who will help you to set and reach any fitness/lifestyle goals you may have. I will always be there to support, guide and motivate you along the way.

    My main passion is helping others to be confident using all machines and equipment, in particular both resistance and free weights. Using my knowledge, I will set/tailor your session plans to suit your specific requirements and abilities, so don't hesitate to approach me.

    I have personally worked through a full body transformation and am happy to share my experience. If you are looking to gain strength, lose body fat, gain muscle definition or just to feel fitter then I can give you the results you are after.
