How can I help you improve your health?

From training and competing in athletics and rugby throughout my teens, to a successful career in the British Army completing some of the most arduous courses and competitions on offer, to competing in amateur Strongman around the country, I have always had an interest in health and fitness. This led me to enrol myself in training to become a personal trainer and expand my knowledge while helping both myself and prospective clients change unhealthy lifestyle habits and improve quality of life. Whether you are wanting to gain strength, lose weight, train for some sort of athletic competition or just find carrying the weekly shopping easier I am here to help in any way you might need.

How can I help you improve your health?

 I have been a personal trainer and nutritionist for nearly a decade. I am passionate about my client's fitness and health, supporting you to improve your wellbeing through nutrition and training. My aim is to create a routine for you that is sustainable and becomes part of your life. 

If you are a woman wanting to improve your shape and gain confidence I can teach you how to lift weights specifically tailored to your goals, for example, growing your glutes or toning your arms and shoulders.

After having my little boy two years ago I became even more passionate about pre and post-natal training especially post-natal core training to support women get their strength back after having their little ones. In addition to this, I believe in the importance of women taking time for themselves and moving their bodies for their mental and physical wellbeing. 

If you have any nutrition questions or want to support me with strength training and building an enjoyable routine please ask me any questions I would love to help!

After being interested in sports and exercise from a very young age participating in sports e.g. football and rugby. The growing interest in exercise and sports led me to take on a degree within this field, expanding my knowledge within exercise, health and nutrition which plays a large part when it comes to changing the body and mind. My passion is to give you the knowledge to build confidence and empower you within the gym, when playing sport, and in everyday life. If you are beginner new to the gym looking for somewhere to start or more experienced needing help to boost performance in the right direction, I will do all I can to help you on your fitness journey and achieve your goals. You will leave each session with a great sense of achievement as you eventually begin to see and feel positive results through our sessions and all your hard work. Gyms can be intimidating at first but the right helping hand offering motivation and pushing you every step of the way, your nerves will soon ease. After spending a lot of time playing various sports and weight training since I was 16, I have gained a lot of experience and understanding in how to prep and train for max performance.

Falling in love with core workouts and training for muscle definition and aesthetics, with a huge focus on body recompositing and maintaining a healthy physique.

I have a wide range of knowledge about each and every training system and I’m certain we’ll be able to help support you achieve your fitness goals.

Building confidence one rep at a time – My name is Jodie, and I want to help you discover just how capable you are!  I have a life-long passion for anything that gets me moving and challenges me.  My passion began with running and led me to take part in many races from 5 kms up to taking part in the 1st Abu Dhabi road marathon.  Resistance training and building on my physical strength has been a game changer and I’m enthusiastic to get as many people as possible to venture from the safety of the cardio machines and pick up a dumbbell!

I’m also a mother of 3 so I understand the challenges we face to carve out any time for ourselves!  One thing I do know is that you don’t need to spend an excessive amount of hours exercising – you need structure and accountability!

For the past 12 months, I have been working as an online coach educating and mentoring women wanting to lose weight and improve fitness by implementing workouts, building new routines and helping with nutrition.

My goal is to help you unlock your true potential!

I have been interested in fitness and health since the age of around 14, when I got into fitness like most people to lose some weight and gain some muscle. I have been studying health and fitness for almost 15 years, have gained my degree in applied sports and exercise sciences and I am always wanting to learn more. I have taken up the role recently as a rehabilitation specialist to widen my knowledge. I can help you with many goals weather that's building muscle, building strength or weight loss.

I have always been fitness obsessed from an early age. I have since enhanced my knowledge through years of training, alongside gaining qualifications in BSc Sports Coaching and completing a Level 3 Personal training qualification. 

I will always aim to allow my clients to feel comfortable within each session, to allow enjoyment throughout, leading to them achieving their goals, both mentally and physically.
