How can i help you improve your health?

I am a specialist in the management of lower back pain having completed my level 4 qualification; this allows me to work closely with people rehabilitating from injury. My other areas of expertise are strength and conditioning as well as fat loss with structured nutritional support.

I inspire and drive my clients forward to the next level. I take immense satisfaction in helping people achieve goals they never thought possible. I love getting to the root of why people want a specific goal and designing a realistic structured approach  tailored to you in order for you to fulfill your potential.

How can i help you improve your health?

Research shows that 90% of people say they prefer to exercise in groups! At Giffnock we have the world’s most popular workouts on our timetable to allow you to do this. I always look to update this by taking on member feedback, looking at class reports and keeping up to date with new classes to make sure our timetable is the best it can be. As a Personal Trainer I want to share my enthusiasm for group fitness as well as gym based work to help everyone with their health and wellbeing and help you reach your goals.

How can i help you improve your health?

During my time here at Nuffield Health, I have been employed as Studio Co-Ordinator and currently Assistant Fitness Manager delivering Personal Training.

I have a vast knowledge of studio based classes and it gives me great pleasure delivering them to our members. Fitness has always played an extremely important aspect in my life enabling me to help my client’s achieve their own personal goals. In return I gain great satisfaction seeing results and changing people’s lives as they pursue their fitness journey. Passion, dedication and commitment allows me to enjoy what I do and in turn help others.
