How can I help you improve your health?

I am a specialist in the management of lower back pain having completed my level 4 qualification; this allows me to work closely with people rehabilitating from injury. My other areas of expertise are strength and conditioning training through functional exercise. Nutrition is also so important and this plays a big part in how we train and feel during the day so I like to spend time with you helping to refine your nutrition to help us with your training.

I help to inspire my clients to achieve their goals and aspirations. For all my clients I design a realistic structured approach tailored to you in order for you to fulfill your potential.

How can I help you improve your health?

However large or small your fitness goals are I can help you achieve them. Exercise plays a huge role in physical and mental health which is why I believe there is a huge benefit to taking part in an exercise programme.

It is my job to be there for you. I will be there to motivate you and help you every step of the way towards your fitness goal and beyond. It’s not about feeling restricted and fed up whilst trying to achieve your goals, it’s a lifestyle it’s something you want to be able to sustain for a long time and enjoy.

I want everyone to feel confident in all areas of the gym so we can all reach our goals. I provide each and every one of my clients a unique plan and training technique. I will work at a pace you are comfortable with but also ensuring we are seeing results.

Remember nutrition and exercise are both as important when it comes to seeing results, but don’t worry I’ll help you with that.

Having been on my own fitness journey I understand how hard it can be with all the information out there.

I have trained a variety of clients, both men and women with a variety of goals and helping them with their goals is why I love my job.

I coach strength and conditioning movements as tools for improving health, quality of life, functional fitness and sports performance. You will learn gym exercises as transferable functional skills which support your goals of weight loss, muscle gain and improved range of motion enabling you to be your very best. I coach a holistic approach to wellbeing covering exercise, activity and nutrition. To resolve pain, prevent injury and optimise your physical capabilities I will coach you to stabilise your joints and brace to create a neutral spine for global stability.

You will feel and see measurable improvements in the development areas selected for training and enjoy the results of our training programme not just in the gym but in all areas of your life.

Too much time spent in the office and business travel encouraged me to study and practise a health and fitness lifestyle and I will support and motivate you on your journey to looking and feeling great.

I always look to update this by taking on member feedback, looking at class reports and keeping up to date with new classes to make sure our timetable is the best it can be. As a Personal Trainer I want to share my enthusiasm for group fitness as well as gym based work to help everyone with their health and wellbeing and help you reach your goals.

We will work together creating a programme best suited to you. This will include enjoyable exercises that will challenge you physically and mentally giving you the motivation and confidence to be the best version of you possible.

Being new to the gym can be intimidating, knowing where to go and what to do! I want to make the gym a comfortable environment for you to try new things, feel confident and work hard.

I specialise in body sculpture and weight loss. Exercise should be an enjoyable part of your day so although I want to push you hard, I believe each session should be fun, high energy and a distraction from everyday stresses.

Nutrition is key to a healthy lifestyle so whether your aim is to build muscle, lose weight or improve your overall health, I will give you sustainable, realistic nutritional guidance helping you reach your goals.

Improving your confidence within and without of the gym is my goal. I want you to feel like your best self.

Health and fitness is my passion. I love how exercise makes me feel and being able to help people achieve that feeling is a key driver in my love for training. Enjoying exercise is an important step in improving your health. Building exercise into your lifestyle is key to sustaining health improvements and my aim is to help each and every client find a way to make that happen. I am a big advocator of creating a tailored programme for each client through learning what works for you. I am always looking to learn and grow and my clients help me to do this with their individuality, making the training experience different every time.

My training style is tailored to your aims while ensuring that you get a full body workout. Building strength in each core muscle group is important in achieving your overall goals. I am experienced in training clients of all ages and fitness levels. I enjoy incorporating circuits, strength and conditioning training and functional exercises into sessions to take your fitness to the next level. I also recognize the importance of stretching to aid muscle recovery and so, stretches feature at the end of each session and I will give advice on how to get the most out of increasing your flexibility outside of sessions.

I like to give my clients basic nutritional advice in order to complement their sessions, aiding goals to be achieved faster. My ultimate aim is to ensure that each client becomes confident in exercising independently with proper technique so that they can take what they learn with me into their own sessions. It gives me a great sense of achievement when clients grow in confidence and are able to train effectively.

I specialise in Rehabilitation, Martial Arts and Body Sculpture.

I have 6 years’ experience as a versatile Personal Trainer, and for the past 5 years I have been working in Physical Disability Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy units. I am focused on utilising these specialist skills in Nuffield Health and Fitness to assist members to achieve their rehabilitation goals at an achievable pace.

I am a Black Belt 2nd Dan in Taekwondo and have over 10 years’ experience instructing Martial Arts. During my time as a Martial Arts Instructor, I competed at the Scottish Nationals.
