I am a specialist in the management of lower back pain having completed my level 4 qualification; this allows me to work closely with people rehabilitating from injury. My other areas of expertise are strength and conditioning as well as fat loss with structured nutritional support.

I inspire and drive my clients forward to the next level. I take immense satisfaction in helping people achieve goals they never thought possible. I love getting to the root of why people want a specific goal and designing a realistic structured approach  tailored to you in order for you to fulfill your potential.

I always look to update this by taking on member feedback, looking at class reports and keeping up to date with new classes to make sure our timetable is the best it can be. As a Personal Trainer I want to share my enthusiasm for group fitness as well as gym based work to help everyone with their health and wellbeing and help you reach your goals.

How can i help you improve your health?

I qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2006. To consolidate my qualification I worked alongside established Physiotherapists for 2 years at a semi-professional Rugby Club. This allowed me to put into practice many techniques and learn invaluable skills .

In the years following on from qualifying I have continued to gain experience from treating a wide range of clients from those who are sedentary and struggle with aches and pains that are brought on by everyday issues and those that train at the other end of the spectrum and compete in Ironman triathlons.

Working also as a Sports Massage Therapist I understands and appreciate the importance of creating the balance between training and recovery to optimise performance.
