I have years of experience working in the health and fitness industry. I have gained a vast amount of knowledge and experience during that time. When you work with me as your Personal Trainer I will give you specific training programmes and nutritional guidance to help you achieve your goals.

The most important thing for me is helping you. There is nothing more rewarding than helping someone accomplish that goal they have always wanted to achieve with the help of my knowledge and experience.

I am a specialist in strength and conditioning training through functional exercise, sports performance training, weight management and muscle gain.

I am a footballer so therefore understand the physical demands that training sessions and games have on your body and know the importance that strength and conditioning along with recovery and nutrition has in order to succeed and perform well.

Nutrition is important for a healthy lifestyle. As a qualified Sports Nutritionist I can offer you nutritional guidance to help you achieve your goals. So if your goals are to build muscle mass, lose weight, improve your sports performance or to perform better in the gym then I can help you achieve this.

I coach strength and conditioning movements as tools for improving health, quality of life, functional fitness and sports performance. I coach a holistic approach to wellbeing covering exercise, activity and nutrition. To resolve pain, prevent injury and optimise your physical capabilities I will coach you to stabilise your joints and brace to create a neutral spine for global stability.

Hi, I’m Jordan, as part of the fitness team I will be helping members reach the goals they’ve always wanted to achieve through my own expertise and experience in different aspects of training. I’ve always loved sports, training and any form of physical activity so I really found myself at home when I started training in 2017. I myself wasn’t very strong when I started due to focusing more on Football and Rugby. That all changed when I started working on my own strength and conditioning which has improved a lot of aspects of my life in many different ways and I’ve never looked back since. I'm now looking to help clients achieve their own goals and feel better in a variety of different ways.

When I started attending the gym in 2015 I quickly fell in love with it and knew it would be something I wanted to pursue as a career in. My passion grew more and more and I knew myself that I wanted to help other people in their fitness journey. I have a history in strength training and competed in several powerlifting competitions between 2018-2020. The process of competing has taught me a great deal of discipline and how much the mind can help with training and nutrition, something I would like to help and coach people to improve in.

My main goals for clients are to help positively change mindset, training and nutrition. I want to be able to help you enjoy your training with me, making it a fun and knowledgeable experience. My area of expertise is using resistance training as a means of building muscle and reducing overall body fat. However, I also have experience in sports specific strength and conditioning, through my time as an intern in the Universty of Stirling's Strength and Conditioning department, meaning I can help you improve sporting performance as well as decrease the likelihood of injury. I have a BA (Hons) Sports Studies from my time at the University of Stirling.

For me, physical exercise is the best tool for buidling confidence and maintaining mental well-being. If you're someone who lacks confidence whether it be in a gym environment or even everyday life, let's work together to help you become th best version of yourself.

I specialise in Rehabilitation, Martial Arts and Body Sculpture.

I have 6 years’ experience as a versatile Personal Trainer, and for the past 5 years I have been working in Physical Disability Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy units. I am focused on utilising these specialist skills in Nuffield Health and Fitness to assist members to achieve their rehabilitation goals at an achievable pace.

I am a Black Belt 2nd Dan in Taekwondo and have over 10 years’ experience instructing Martial Arts. During my time as a Martial Arts Instructor, I competed at the Scottish Nationals.

I also strongly believe that mental health is equally as important as our physical health and take a holistic approach to your health and fitness journey.

I have a huge passion for resistance training. It’s not only fun to do, but it can burn calories, help you towards your body composition goals, as well as improve various risk factors for falls which is what I chose to investigate for my research project during my Masters in Clinical Exercise Science.
