How can I help you improve your health?

Having worked 10 years experience within the fitness industry, I have worked with thousands of people and am fascinated by how everyone is unique and reacts differently to exercise and nutrition. I have found that by incorporating varied yet realistic workouts for my clients to suit their lifestyle and personality type is the key to success.

My specialisms are weight loss transformations, pre and post natal and mobility.

I have always loved sports and fitness from a young age; however, it wasn’t until I realised how important your health and wellbeing was that I noticed a real difference in my training and the way I felt on a day to day basis. Using my knowledge and experience, my goal is to help you achieve yours with all the support you may need alongside a personalised program tailored to you and your specific goal, whilst making it a fun and challenging journey along the way.

I’ve been a personal trainer since 2013 and all my life I have had to focus on controlling my weight through diet & exercise. I’ve trained for both strength & fitness goals such as running a marathon, so whether your aim is to lose body fat, gain muscle, or train for sport, I can assist you with your training and nutrition regimes.

Having gained a Sport’s Science degree and 10 years experience in professional rugby including stints at London Irish, Gloucester and England 20s working with elite athletes on a daily basis, my passion is to use my knowledge and experience to help my clients achieve their goals and reach levels of fitness they didn’t realise they were capable of reaching!

I will also provide frequent complimentary nutritional support and check-ins to ensure that we maximise the work we are putting into our training programme.
