How can I help you improve your health?

With over 10 years experience as a personal trainer, I have been fortunate enough to work with a variety of people from all walks of life with a variety of goals and aspirations.

I have found that by keeping workouts varied, functional and challenging for the individual is the key for both motivation and results.

Women’s health is an area I am passionate about and I have recently undergone Exercise strategy for Perimenopause to post Menopause course.  This has enabled me to safely and effectively train clients who are undergoing these significant changes, bringing a multitude of benefits with regards to energy levels, body composition and wellbeing.

I’ve been a personal trainer since 2013 and all my life I have had to focus on controlling my weight through diet & exercise. I’ve trained for both strength & fitness goals such as running a marathon, so whether your aim is to lose body fat, gain muscle, or train for sport, I can assist you with your training and nutrition regimes.

Having gained a Sport’s Science degree and 10 years experience in professional rugby including stints at London Irish, Gloucester and England 20s working with elite athletes on a daily basis, my passion is to use my knowledge and experience to help my clients achieve their goals and reach levels of fitness they didn’t realise they were capable of reaching!

How can I help you improve your health?

Through being involved in multiple mental health fitness events and running an after-school nutrition programme, I have been a part of many journeys in refining physical health, leading to enriched mental health. Therefore, I have a passion for optimizing people’s mental health by improving confidence and ability around physical health.

Weight isn’t everything. With experience in the body-positive and disordered eating space within the fitness industry, I want to motivate people to achieve their goals and become the best version of themselves, without the sole focus being of thinking a specific change in body image will determine success.

Having always had a passion for sports and fitness, I have pursued (and am still pursuing) various courses, such as ‘Level 4 Nutrition for Sport and Exercise’, ‘Body Image Communication Coaching’, and a degree in ‘Sports, Fitness and Coaching’.

  • I have been fortunate enough to work within the industry now for 8 years, teaching a variety of fitness classes, from HITT to Yoga and helping clients achieve their goals through Personal Training.
  • My specialities include Strength and Conditioning, Hypertrophy, Functional Fitness, Body Composition, identifying Muscular Imbalance, Flexibility and Nutrition.
