I have always had a strong passion for fitness and sports, even from a very young age. It was with this passion that led me to various martial arts disciplines. As I was coaching a taekwondo class, I realised I could turn my hobby and love for coaching into a career. This is when I decided to become a personal trainer in order to further not just people I train; but also myself as a person. I have more than half a decade of experience in taekwondo and kickboxing. My love for exercise is rivalled only by my determination to see others succeed in their fitness ambitions. I’ve worked with a variety of ages and abilities and I relish the opportunity to train anyone, regardless of fitness level.
