Catherine Hinton


How can I help you improve your health?

Catherine has a wide range of expertise in treating many physiotherapy conditions, from sporting injuries to postural issues. She specialise in biomechanics of the lumbar spine, hip and knee.

Catherine is passionate about the role physiotherapy plays in getting people back to full health and places a strong focus on self-awareness so that patients get long-term benefits from treatment.

Catherine is currently developing new skills and expertise through a Masters programme in Advanced Neuromuscular Physiotherapy and also teaches clinical pilates. (Classes are available to both members and non-members of the gym).

Lizzie Kenny


How can I help you improve your health?

Lizzie graduated with a MSc in Physiotherapy from the University of Cumbria. Since then, physiotherapy has taken her around the world from work in the NHS across the south of England to a private sports clinic on the sandy beaches of Grand Cayman, in the Caribbean. She has postgraduate training in Acupuncture, yoga for rehab, Pilates and gait analysis which she utilises frequently in her clinics. She has a special interest in lower limb biomechanics, rehabilitation for running injuries and post orthopeadic return to fitness.

Lizzie is currently serving as a Professionally Qualified Officer in the British Army as a physiotherapy reservist where she comes across a wide array of musculoskeletal injuries in challenging environments. She enjoys supporting endurance events and sports teams and is currently works alongside the Army cricket team and Middlesex County cricket team. She has a keen interest in long distance running, having completed two European marathons and hopes to continue ticking off cities on the marathon circuit around the world.

Nathalie Pearson


How can I help you improve your health?

Nathalie has practiced in the UK and New Zealand and has almost 15 years experience of treating patients from varied backgrounds including pilots, expectant mothers, circus performers and war veterans.

She is an affable, holistic practitioner dedicated to treating individuals not just conditions. She has a special interest in psychology and has a strong focus on assisting patients to achieve their own goals.

Nathalie strives for long term results and uses a variety of treatment techniques including acupuncture, myofascial release, kinesiotape, CBT, sports massage, tailored exercise and Pilates.
