With my passion for health and fitness I have learnt that there is no 'one size fits all' mentality towards training and individuals achieving results. Therefore I will ensure that the fitness journey we are about to start will be tailored to your goals and your bodies needs. In addition to this, I will be providing you with the constant motivation and support that will keep you dedicated and disciplined to achieve what you have set out to do and create a healthier and happier version of yourself.

How can I help you improve your health?

I like to make my sessions fun but effective, I believe boxing is great way to stay fit and healthy whilst getting involved in your sessions to make it more enjoyable. I’m motivational and I encourage my clients to do their best and get the most out of their sessions.

With my diverse academic background and a previous internship in strength and conditioning, it is my mission to Improve your confidence and beliefs so that you feel positive about your health. I aim to give you the correct exercises and strategies to achieve your goals and overcome previous setbacks from injuries or lack of motivation. My philosophy is based on the habit theory that small changes done consistently start to promote positive changes in your health and fitness.

  • Masters in Sports Rehab (MSC)
