Whilst busy studying my degree in Psychology, I found myself in a place where I had let my health and fitness take a side-line. I found myself stuck with food and exercise and decided something needed to change. I embarked on my own weight loss journey losing almost 3 stone, through hard work and determination. I wanted to bring together all aspects of health, mental and physical, so I decided to turn my passion for health and fitness into a career.
