How can I help you improve your health?

I completed a Sports Science degree at Loughborough University, whilst competing competitively in Athletics. Having benefitted from physiotherapy treatment myself during this time I developed an interest within this area and completed a Physiotherapy degree at Brunel University.

I started my physiotherapy career at Hillingdon Hospital, where I worked for almost 10 years. During this time, I gained clinical and practical experience working alongside orthopaedic consultants, highly skilled physiotherapists and extended scope practitioners. I completed my Acupuncture and clinical Pilates training during this time and developed a keen interest in low back pain.
