My personal journey in health and fitness began with the struggles of disordered eating and social physique anxiety. Having overcome these psychological issues, my studies within Applied Sport and Exercise science have allowed me to further my knowledge beyond that of a personal experience, to truly understand and adopt an evidence based approach tailored towards each individual.
I have worked with a wide range of clients, ranging from brain injury patients to those competing in physique sports. This has provided me with extensive knowledge of exercise programming and coaching in nutrition and body composition.
