I’m passionate about restoring movement and my knowledge in yoga helps me address imbalances within your body or provide a relaxing workout as an alternative to a stressful day.

My approach is centred around exercise being a positive experience for you. I have coached several novice and experienced runners in correct technique and 5k to 30k training.

How can i help you improve your health?

I specialise in weight loss, flexibility development and the psychology of effective training. As a psychology graduate, I have conducted recent research into how motivation manifests itself in relation to exercise and good nutrition, as well as investigating techniques to improve and maintain motivation.

In addition to personal training services, I offer yoga 1:1 sessions. These can be used as an excellent and safe introduction to yoga without the class environment, as a stand-alone workout or as a supplement to your regular training.

Whether you are interested in body composition or preparing for sports events or an office worker who generally wants to be more active and improve mobility and aches or pains from sitting at a desk all day, I can help.

My approach with any client is to help build structure by setting realistic goals and habits that the client can adhere to and be consistent with and that overall fits into their daily life. Small changes to nutrition and training can make a big effect long term.

In combination with experience in strength and conditioning to use Olympic lifting and functional training to develop your whole body. My philosophy is to use exercises which work multiple muscle groups simultaneously to optimize training sessions.
