I offer varied programmes for weight loss and strength gain that utilise weights, HITTs, behavioural and nutritional changes. I’m passionate about restoring movement and my knowledge in yoga helps me address imbalances within your body or provide a relaxing workout as an alternative to a stressful day.
My approach is centred around exercise being a positive experience for you. I have coached several novice and experienced runners in correct technique and 5k to 30k training.
