How can I help you improve your health?

My personal journey in health and fitness began with the struggles of disordered eating and social physique anxiety. Having overcome these psychological issues, my studies within Applied Sport and Exercise science have allowed me to further my knowledge beyond that of a personal experience, to truly understand and adopt an evidence based approach tailored towards each individual.

I have worked with a wide range of clients, ranging from brain injury patients to those competing in physique sports. This has provided me with extensive knowledge of exercise programming and coaching in nutrition and body composition.

I promote a change to your current lifestyle to not only achieve your goals but to maintain them, whilst simultaneously improving all other aspects of life. Whether you seek to transform your physique or require the expertise to enhance your training, I can steer you towards success.

How can I help you improve your health?

Wanting to improve your health needs to connect to how you are going to change your behaviours, thoughts and even mind-set. I can help by identifying and prioritising the necessary changes needed. Then we will add in personalised supports and accountability methods.

If you are new to strength training, we will start with a simple and effective programme that you will feel confident to complete on your own. If you are more experienced, we will tweak your programme to get the most out of your workout. If you are injured, we will start wherever you need to.

From there I will help you to prioritize whats most important to maximize results in a way thats realistic and promotes long lasting change.

I believe in supporting people along their journey both in the gym, by designing varied, fun, and effective programmes, and out of the gym, by advising on nutrition and goal setting.
