Wanting to improve your health needs to connect to how you are going to change your behaviours, thoughts and even mind-set. I can help by identifying and prioritising the necessary changes needed. Then we will add in personalised supports and accountability methods.
If you are new to strength training, we will start with a simple
and effective programme that you will feel confident to complete on your own.
If you are more experienced, we will tweak your programme to get the most out
of your workout. If you are injured, we will start wherever you need to.
