How can I help you improve your health?
In my early 20s I was sporty (football, water polo, rugby). I kept really active by training and playing and I never had to think about or question my fitness. Then as work commitments grew at the same as I started a family I found that my free time was so condensed that I struggled to find time for activity. This combination resulted in my weight increasing and my general health suffering to a point where my doctor warned me that unless changes were made then I would find myself suffering from issues including high blood pressure and cardiovascular disease as an older man.
This was the motivation I needed to make positive changes. I wanted to learn how best to go about my training so I studied fitness and found out how I could gain maximum impact from the minimal training time I had available. This led me on to becoming a qualified Personal Trainer as I wanted to share this knowledge.
