I can help you improve your health by helping you rediscover the enjoyment in working out! Simply by getting to know the person first and then listening to their particular story I can create routines that engage and challenge. You'll get all the support you need to stay confident and achieve your best.

In particular I love supporting women during pregnancy. The female body undergoes some incredible changes during pre- and post-pregnancy and the correct safe exercise choices have some huge benefits.

I am Sheriff, Since my professional football career ended, I have obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Sports & Exercise Science from Edinburgh's Napier University. I have extensive experience of physical training and an in-depth understanding of the requirements of team work, how to assess and help clients achieve their health and fitness goals.

As an experienced Personal Trainer with scientific knowledge in sports and exercise biomechanics, assessment and conditioning for performance for beginner and elite athletes, I am committed to applying my expertise to improve your fitness level, health and wellbeing.

Diet, like exercise, must be sustainable: as well as offer health benefits it must tie in with your values and preferences. A former chef with a love of food, I believe diet shouldn’t be a chore for the short-term, it’s a lifestyle change that you should be happy to maintain forever. I don’t talk about ‘A Diet’, I talk about ‘your diet’.

As well as a Personal trainer, I am also fully qualified Sports Massage therapist, which allows me to look at the body’s systems and functioning in a slightly different way. During my career as a Personal trainer I have managed to help my clients to achieve their best results (to recover after injuries, to improve sports specific results and to reduce weight) which also gave me more confidence and knowledge in my field of fitness and wellbeing.

My training styles changes with the personality of the individual. Training programs includes: high intensity circuits, powerlifting, rehabilitation and mobility training, as well as weight loss and toning. My aim is to show to everyone that there are many ways to achieve their best results without sacrificing favorite hobbies.

As well as being a Personal Trainer, I am also an Injury Rehab Therapist. Therefore, while training with me, we can also take care of any injuries or pain you have… Yes!  Even on the gym floor!

I specialise in human movement and kinetic chain. I can help you increase your range of movement: not just by doing stretching!

I also deliver Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Wing Chun Kung Fu to a very high standard. So whether you want something for relaxation, or for actual Chinese Martial Art, I have it for you.    

I am also a Certified Boxing Coach and I have trained Boxers at the national level in the past. These include an English and a Western County Champion.

Injury Rehab, Boxing, Tai Chi, Chinese Kung Fu, Self Defence… I can offer you something very unique, and very different!

My background is in Sport and Exercise Science with a range of experiences in a variety of sport and fitness goals. I ensure all my sessions are fun and varied but entirely focused on hitting any targets you have!

I have trained (and ran the Dublin Marathon with!) a marathon runner to take 17 minutes off her marathon time and qualify for the London Marathon! I have trained a triathlete to overcome a serious ankle injury and get back to her personal best times and I have trained many brides to be ready for their big day!

So if you are looking to drop a jeans size, improve your running performance or work hard towards any other personal goals, give me a shout and we will get you on your way!
