Since my professional football career ended, I have obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports & Exercise Science from Edinburgh's Napier University. I have extensive experience of physical training and an in-depth understanding of the requirements of team work, how to assess and help clients achieve their health and fitness goals.

As an experienced Personal Trainer with scientific knowledge in sports and exercise biomechanics, assessment and conditioning for performance for beginner and elite athletes, I am committed to applying my expertise to improve your fitness level, health and wellbeing.

How can I help you improve your health?

For years I have been running marathons but it wasn’t until I completed my first 70.3 Ironman race on a fully plant-based diet that I realised I wanted to work with my passion. I wanted to help other people do things they did not believe possible. So I left my job as an engineer in Sweden to pursue this ambition.

My specialities include overall fitness, endurance sports, weight loss and an insight into the incredible health benefits a plant-based diet has to offer!

Im here to support you in these major lifestyle factors and pass on as much evidence-based information as I can whilst maintaining the physical challenge that delivers the results that youre looking for.

How can I help you improve your health?

  • Having a Sports Science background, you can be assured that everything we do is evidence-based (don’t worry, I’ll only bore you with the technical stuff if you ask me to!)
  • All of my sessions are fun, varied and based on your personal goals. Not only will we smash those goals, we can have a good time on the journey too!
  • I have trained (and ran the Dublin Marathon with) a marathon runner to take 17 minutes off her time and qualify for the London Marathon! I have trained a triathlete to overcome a serious ankle injury and get back to hitting personal best times and I have trained many brides to be ready for their big day!

So if you want to drop a jean size, run a marathon or look incredible for a big day; give me a shout and we’ll get you on your way!
