This includes training instructors across the UK and presenting internationally. With her guidance, you will achieve your goals in a measurable way whilst adding to your knowledge. Using her training in psychology, she will help you to overcome mental barriers, leaving you feeling more confident every session. Natalie has experience in helping clients achieve weight loss, improving health, building muscle mass and falling in love with exercise, all in a healthy, sustainable way.

Abner specializes in corrective exercise for injury rehabilitation and prevention. He is currently a permanent member of the Sports Therapy team at Plymouth Argyle Football Club, where he works with professional athletes on a daily basis and holds a bachelor’s degree in Sport Therapy.

Abner enjoys a fun approach to his work and will always have a smile on his face. If you are looking at injury rehab, reconditioning or prevention, working with Abner will get you results and guaranteed laughter.

Jero has a passion for the gym and has been a Powerlifter for eight years, with his performance in the sport currently classified as elite. He has spent time training in many different gyms around the world, where he has learnt world-class training methods and techniques. He studied Sports Science in Spain for three years so has a great knowledge of nutrition, training systems, anatomy and sports psychology.

When not working, he is researching the latest trends and will use everything he knows to help you make a positive change in your life. With a mixture of patience and honesty, Jero is adaptable for all abilities and will help his clients achieve the best version of themselves in and out of the gym.
