Abner specialises in corrective exercise for injury rehabilitation and prevention. He is currently a permanent member of the Sports Therapy team at Plymouth Argyle Football Club, where he works with professional athletes on a daily basis and holds a bachelor’s degree in Sport Therapy.

Elliot is a friendly and welcoming member of the team who uses a client centred approach to facilitate their goals. He is currently in his third year of his degree, studying Rehabilitation in Sport and Exercise (BSc). Elliot is also a student Sports Therapist for the Plymouth Raiders for the 2018/19 season, he has competed in a Natural Physique Bodybuilding contest and played Badminton at University.

He studied Sports Science in Spain for three years so has a great knowledge of nutrition, training systems, anatomy and sports psychology.
