From achieving a degree in sport and exercise science, to previous service and active military service, James has an extensive knowledge base of how to implement effective yet enjoyable training programmes and sessions.
As well as gym-based programming, James has a
background in martial arts, specifically kickboxing and Muay Thai and has
worked with clients who have a wide variety of different requirements and
ability levels. His goal is to ensure programmes and sessions are engaging
through novel and varied experiences, as well as providing continual support
and advice outside of sessions.
