Using her training in psychology, she will help you to overcome mental barriers, leaving you feeling more confident every session. Abner specializes in corrective exercise for injury rehabilitation and prevention. He is currently a permanent member of the Sports Therapy team at Plymouth Argyle Football Club, where he works with professional athletes on a daily basis and holds a bachelor’s degree in Sport Therapy.

My extensive experience in the sports industry alongside a BSc.(Hons) Sports Science degree gives me an appreciation and better understanding of how to achieve optimal results. He studied Sports Science in Spain for three years so has a great knowledge of nutrition, training systems, anatomy and sports psychology.

When not working, he is researching the latest trends and will use everything he knows to help you make a positive change in your life.
