Reece has worked with a variety of people, with varying age ranges and goals, in a variety of environments. This means, regardless of your goal, He can adapt a style of training to suit you. His specialty lies within Muscle Building, Fat Loss and Strength training.

Regardless of the goal, he can design an exercise programme specifically for your goals. Your goals will become his goals and as a team you will work together to achieve them.

As an ex diver for Great Britain and currently an international Bodyfitness athlete, I understand how important it is that everyone has to start from somewhere. I am very passionate about health and fitness which gives me the motivation and determination to strive for the best within people. My extensive experience in the sports industry alongside BSc.(Hons) Sports Science degree gives me an appreciation and better understanding of how to achieve optimal results. Furthermore by applying my experience, coupled with my passion and knowledge in health and fitness will help drive us towards your goal. My specialist areas include Weight Loss, Muscle Development, Muscle Tone, Body Confidence, Body Transformation, Nutritional Guidance and Specific Event Training.
