I believe in a holistic approach to health and wellbeing- incorporating your mind and body to build a sustainable lifestyle tailor made for you. I want to help you overcome your obstacles to exercise whether that be injury/health issues, time constraints, lack of knowledge/motivation or getting back to it after having ababy. I've always enjoyed an active lifestyle and use this experience to creat for you a personalised, varied training regime that will push you towards your goals and have a little fun along the way. Your body is an amazing tool and it's my job to show you how to get the best out of it.

Hannah has a passion for helping others to improve their overall health and wellbeing through exercise and lifestyle modifications. Having come from a University background in Sport and Exercise Science specialising in Physiology, she has an in-depth knowledge of programming for sports performance and specialises in helping those with a range of medical conditions. Whether your goal is to lose weight/tone up, prepare for competition or help with management of a medical condition, Hannah can provide an enjoyable and motivating training programme to help you reach your goals.

Andy has expertise in different aspects of training, such as weight lifting, power lifting, functional training and training for half and full marathons.

Jade is an enthusiastic and instinctive coach. She believes that everyone can fall in love with training, sessions should be fun and fulfilling. Her aim is to educate her clients to allow them to become confident and competent . Whether their goals include training towards a sporting event, overcoming injuries, weight loss or changing body composition, Jade is an attentive trainer who loves nothing better than a challenge to overcome and seeing her clients succeed. Jade's particular interest lies within strength and conditioning for sports performance, in which she is currently studying an MSc in alongside working towards her UKSCA Accreditation. Her coaching involves a variety of techniques and methods to achieve each individual's goal, whether that be aesthetic or performance based.
