I believe in a holistic approach to health and wellbeing- incorporating your mind and body to build a sustainable lifestyle tailor made for you. I want to help you overcome your obstacles to exercise whether that be injury/health issues, time constraints, lack of knowledge/motivation or getting back to it after having ababy. I've always enjoyed an active lifestyle and use this experience to creat for you a personalised, varied training regime that will push you towards your goals and have a little fun along the way. Your body is an amazing tool and it's my job to show you how to get the best out of it.

How can I help you improve your health?

I have been a Personal Trainer for four years and have always been physically active since a young age, participating in sports such as Rugby, Football and Athletics. I have gained lots of experience working in various gyms and with a variety of clients with different goals. I have also gained experience and knowledge in sports that I have participated in supplying me with different styles of training techniques. I had an amazing opportunity playing rugby in Australia for a season, alongside international players from countries such as Japan and Austria.  I love to use my experiences and knowledge to help people achieve their fitness goals and improve their quality of life. If you need any help or advice on training please don't be afraid to come have a chat. I am more than willing to help.

How can I help you improve your health?

I have competed in several triathlons, marathons and races across the UK. I am also a keen rock climber. As a qualified and experienced run coach with Welsh Athletics, I am more than happy to help, support or provide advice with mountain walking and running sessions for all levels of ability. I specialise in weight loss with nutritional and training advice to help you achieve your goals.

Aims as a Wellbeing PT:
My main aims are: To help members reach their goals and ambitions with thorough fun and challenging individual training plans. I would like to help members learn new skills in a fun environment. Lastly, I feel I am a great motivator to help develop both physical fitness and a positive mental attitude. “Through positive mental attitude, almost anything is achievable”.

How can I help you improve your health?

I was always very sporty in my teens and early twenties, however without realising the weight was slowly creeping on and I was almost 17 stone. Due to this, I was then put on high blood pressure tablets. This scared me into taking action! I joined a gym and within 6 months, I had lost over four stone. I had found a love for fitness and exercise that made me want to become a personal trainer and help people change their lives.

I have been a Boogie Bounce Fitness Instructor since 2017, but had a fluctuating relationship with fitness prior to discovering an exercise program that I not only enjoyed but also opened my eyes to the benefits of feeling fitter and healthier, which ultimately enabled me to lose 6 stone. I have always felt that my life’s purpose is to help others, so since then I have endeavoured to assist others to feel the same confidence gained from feeling comfortable within their own skins.

My philosophy for health and fitness is “if you enjoy it, you’ll sustain it”, so I guarantee workouts will be challenging but fun. Whatever your health or fitness goals, it is my mission to help you to achieve them, whilst giving you all the tools you need to live a happier and healthier lifestyle. My aim is to build your confidence and provide you with the knowledge to make improved manageable choices that, if you remain consistent, will result in you achieving, maintaining and surpassing your goals.

How can I help you improve your health?

I have always had a passion for sports, health and fitness. I also enjoy taking part in rugby in my free time. The past 4 years in university I found a passion for rehabilitation. This has taken my interest due to experiencing injuries myself and gaining knowledge of the effects it can have on your training. My area of expertise is rehabilitation of members with current or recent injuries. In addition, I have always been driven to challenge people to achieve their goals to the best possible standard. The joy of helping clients achieve their goals is the most rewarding in this field of work. Prior to university, I was personal training from the age of 18 and did so for 5 years. I then decided to further my knowledge in Sport Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Massage at University.

Aims as a Wellbeing PT: My aims are to assist members to reach their goals in the way they find most comfortable. Also aiming to look past the fitness and dive deeper into members posture and anatomy to aid them within their journey to create and maintain optimum health.
