Every course of treatment starts with a 45-minute initial assessment to assess your symptoms, then recommend the right plan for you and begin treatment. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes. Your physiotherapist will advise how many appointments you will need but you can stop treatment at any time. *Treatment price does not include specialist pelvic health physiotherapy appointments.

How can I help you improve your health?

Qualifying from Cardiff University with 1^st class honours, Garry has over 10years experience in both NHS and Private sectors. Gaining broad knowledge in a wide range of musculoskeletal problems including lower back pain, neck pain, upper or lower limb problems.

As an Advanced Level Physiotherapist he has comprehensive assessment skills in understanding complex presentations and problems. He aims to work with patients to provide people with the information and skills to both better understand and resolve their conditions in early/acute injuries, post-operative recovery and those with longer term/chronic limitations. He has a keen interest in sports injury, advanced rehabilitation and his sports Physiotherapy experience includes professional football as Newport County’s Head Physiotherapist, elite Welsh Premiership rugby with Crosskeys RFC and Gwent Dragons Academy; before joining Nuffield Health.

Academically Garry successfully gained two 1^st class honours degrees and has further reinforced this with two journal publications.
