By prioritising your long term health and utilising my expert knowledge of strength and resistance training as well as expertise as a Hatton boxing trainer we can work together to plan a sustainable route based around you, your goals and your lifestyle. I will also ensure that you have some fun along the way. Having worked in Nuffield Health Corporate Wellbeing and being assigned to a FTSE250 business for the last 3 years I know what it takes to make working out into a sustainable part of your busy lifestyle.

Over the years one thing that has become more important to me is the need to ensure that my clients are gaining knowledge from our time together so that they are able to continue with their high quality workouts for as long as they continue to exercise. A level 4 strength and conditioning workshop has given me additional insight into the impact that increasing personal performance has on the results that we achieve together as well as on your confidence and quality of life.

How can I help you improve your health?

Fitness should be fun, challenging and a way of life in order to be healthy inside and out and to promote longevity. With my help and your dedication, we can get the results you want to achieve. I will work with you to set realistic and achievable aims and to overcome any barriers that come your way. I'm keen to keep you motivated and reach your targets. I work with all abilities so if you have never done anything like this before, I can guide you and show you correct techniques. The sessions will be challenging but we will also have fun working together.

I've been a fairly active person most of my life and my main interest is running. I started running in my 40s and since then I have been actively running on a regular basis, three to four times a week. I'm qualified as United Kingdom Athletics (UKA) Leader in Running Fitness. I take part in events ranging from 5K to Marathon and Ultra distance. It is important not to forget that health and fitness is as much about the mental and emotional benefits as the physical and I pride myself on helping my clients to see and feel the benefit of this and the transfer that this has into their daily life.
