I aim to create enjoyable, fun but at the same time challenging and safe programmes for each individual either with weight training, HIIT workouts, Core strengthening exercises also incorporate my Yoga techniques and mind set into my sessions which helps people to relax and unwind from their hectic life style .

My goal is to get you to love the body you are in, whether that be for the way it looks, feels or performs. Whatever your goal, I will tailor an effective and efficient programme that will get you results.

With extensive experience in postural correction, injury rehabilitation and a specialisation in Ante and Post Natal fitness, my training method is functional and fun.

I have the drive and passion to make our sessions not only fun and interactive but also efficient; every minute will be used to target areas of the body or techniques that you want to focus on so that coming out of our sessions you can be assured that we have put in the right amount of effort to generate both mental and physical results you can be proud of.

Through my own fitness journey I have developed a background in injury rehabilitation, particularly in lower body joint strengthening and mobility work. Through training with me you will discover more than just the right exercises to target your 'problem areas', we'll work together to identify, achieve and exceed your goals and transform you into the best you that you can be.

My field of specialisation currently resides in fat loss and toning and we will integrate improved Cardiovascular fitness into your list of long achievements through training with me, the variety of exercise we will engage in will keep you constantly challenged. With my support framework and the right outlook on your fitness journey, together this year we WILL achieve your goals.

How can I help you improve your health?

My training approach towards self-improvement is simple: wake up, and go to bed healthier than you awoke. Whether this means running a marathon in a shorter time, benching your body weight for X reps, spending less time sitting around or cleaning up some poor diet and exercise habits, we all have strong points, and all have places for improvement.

My job is to work with you to identify where you’re at currently and where you COULD be with the right guidance and most efficient planning and training. I want you leaving the club energised, improved and with a strong sense of accomplishment after each and every session.

I don’t just want you to feel and look better, I want your friends and family to notice too! Your goals are my goals. So let’s reach them together!

With a background in rugby and rowing, total body strengthening and high calorie burning cardio can be expected in my tough but efficient training sessions. I have also spent time working on clients with joint injuries and conditions such as osteoarthritis, where I have worked alongside physios to help improve joints and muscle mobility and strength.

It is my belief that the key to your results is down to careful planning and the use of innovative equipment to get the most from every session including Trx, Kettlebells, Vipr, Ropes, and tiyr. Encompassing free weights and body weight exercises focusing on challenging but efficient use of time and correct technique to design a stimulating, fun and challenging session.

I have helped people to achieve weight loss, muscle gain, prepare for sporting events, as well as rehabilitate from surgery, recover from post-traumatic stress and cope with Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson’s

I used to hate training, so I get it. Sometimes it’s hard to get to the gym, and that’s why together we will work to find out which exercises work out for you and design a programme tailored to your needs, your goals, and your taste, and have fun along the way!

My background is running and snowboarding, and I’ve tried many types of exercise (Zumba, parkour, swimming, HIIT, boxercise, to name a few) in my search for the most functional and fun way of training.
