With over 15 years of fitness experience , studies and work dedication to my clients I have gained the knowledge how to help my clients to achieve their fitness goals, either weight loss, toning, strength, flexibility, balance or overall fitness.
I aim to create enjoyable, fun but at the same time challenging and safe programmes for each individual either with weight training, HIIT workouts, Core strengthening exercises also incorporate my Yoga techniques and mind set into my sessions which helps people to relax and unwind from their hectic life style .
