"I have a passion for designing unique and specific programmes tailored to each client with the whole body in mind. This style and design comes from my years of effective boxing coaching. It is my belief that the key to your results in down to careful planning and the use of innovative equipment to get the most from every session including Trx, Kettlebells, Vipr, Ropes, and tiyr. Encompassing free weights and body weight exercises focusing on challenging but efficient use of time and correct technique to design a stimulating, fun and challenging session.  A specialist in event training: whether its for triathlons, road cycling, obstical races or just starting out I will help you achieve goals."

"With over 17 years of experience within the fitness industry, I have developed a real drive for functional training using equipment such as TRX, Indian power clubs, bulgarian bags, power plate, kettle bells, as well as incorporating weight training to help to increase performance and durability. During this time, I have worked with a wide range of clientele with a real variety of personal goals.

I have helped people to achieve weight loss, muscle gain, prepare for sporting events, as well as rehabilitate from surgery, recover from post-traumatic stress and cope with Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson’s 
working with such a variety of clients has allowed me to continually adapt and evolve my training techniques to help my clients achieve to their goals no matter what they are. I believe exercise is not only a powerful tool for the body, but also for the mind."

How can i help you improve your health?

I am a firm believer the best exercise routine is the one you actually do.

I used to hate training, so I get it. Sometimes it’s hard to get to the gym, and that’s why together we will work to find out which exercises work out for you and design a programme tailored to your needs, your goals, and your taste, and have fun along the way!

My background is running and snowboarding, and I’ve tried many types of exercise (Zumba, parkour, swimming, HIIT, boxercise, to name a few) in my search for the most functional and fun way of training.

I’ll help you achieve your goals once and for all.”
