Stuck or have you plateaued?  I can help review or re-write your workout plans to overcome this frustrating but all too-common problem.

Do you want to get into boxing? As a qualified boxing instructor, I can work with you:
  • Boxing for cardio workouts and strength
  • Pad-work, improve coordination and technique, or just for FUN!

With a busy work and home life it can be hard to motivate yourself to lose weight. We will create an enjoyable programme that fits with your schedule to improve your physical and mental wellbeing. 

As a recovery specialist, and having worked through health issues personally, I can support you in your rehabilitation journey ensuring you regain your fitness safely and without further injury. 

I am a UKSCA qualified coach with a background in applied sport science (MSc and BSc in Applied Sports Science). I have nearly a decade of experience working with elite athletes. Whether you are just starting out or an experienced athlete, I can help create a programme unique for you, to help you to achieve your personal fitness aims.
