Signing up with me you won’t just receive your hour of training in the gym. You will receive one to one support, nutritional advice and a motivational friend that will be there for you at every moment. I will tailor your program around your lifestyle to ensure you are 100% ready to go at all times. Working with me you will be pushed to the limit of your comfort zone, training you like an athlete, you will start to behave feel and act like one! I also have a background in sports science, exercise referral and Pre and post-natal training. Providing excellent customer service I can promise to give you that extra 10%, making you feel valued comfortable and at ease at every second of your journey.

How can i help you improve your health?

What does health mean to you? Health to me is the combination of your physical and mental wellbeing. It’s my role to provide you with the best possible tools and assistance to ensure that exercise becomes a positive aspect of your life. To ensure you are healthier and generally feel better as a person and more confident in your day to day life and in a gym setting. Exercise should play a positive role in life and I will provide you with fun engaging sessions that most importantly achieve your goals. Now I know that this is only a part of the battle and I can provide you with nutritional advice and training outside of your sessions. Now whether your goal is to feel comfortable walking onto that beach or just because you want to be the best version of yourself I will tailor your training to achieve all of the above.

It is my goal to make sure you are confident when coming in to the gym, that you are working towards a healthy exercise and lifestyle. I can tailor sessions to meet your requirements and goals whatever they might be; either to learn a new exciting way to work out or to achieve a specific goal. Having done my kettlebell qualification, I can help you introduce a new functional aspect of fitness into your training regime. If you haven’t trained with kettlebells before, now is the time to and im the person to help you. Please approach me anytime in the club if you have any questions or would like some guidance with any exercises.
