Having a passion for fitness and wellbeing and having been involved with this since a very young age, I want to arm you with the tools and knowledge required, to refocus your training and give you that overwhelming sense of confidence to know that ‘ You can do it!!’ I have an ability to coach and progress movements to provide a fun, challenging and varied programme and I will continue to support you throughout your journey.

We are all individuals and we all need help to gain motivation to achieve our goals. I want to help you achieve those goals, whether it is feeling fitter and healthier, training for a specific event, focusing your goals on reducing body fat or increasing your mobility and flexibility. I can give you that helping hand to make you feel top banana!!!

"I started my training with Tom at the end of May 2018 and at that time I was 77.6 Kg and a dress size of 14/16. My goal was to regain my original fitness level and hopefully lose the weight I had gained.  

The programme set was based on technique and strength building. The emphasis on technique. My confidence grew and I felt capable of doing the exercises without any pain or discomfort. I was controlling my weight by calorie counting. After a few weeks I could see changes in myself, both physically and psychologically. 

After 3 months of training with Tom I lost 7.6kg and reduced my dress size to a 12/14.

Do you finally want a toned and slim body? That’s where I can come in and help. I’ve had many clients who have successfully achieved their weight loss and body composition goals, whilst having fun along the way.

I’m dedicated to teaching good technique and perfect form in my exercise programs. This is so, even when I’m not there, my clients are confident and comfortable exercising in the gym on their own.
