Throughout my career, I have been lucky enough to have met and worked with some amazing individuals, some of which suffered from chronic health and lung conditions. This has inspired my dream to become a personal trainer as I am extremely passionate about helping clients improve their health and wellbeing while also gaining a better quality of life.

"I have been training with Mike since September 2020. In that time following Mike’s detailed workouts, I have improved my strength tremendously. Before starting Mike’s personally designed workout plans I was a regular at the gym but never had the courage or motivation to push myself to improve my strength and overall health. I went from never deadlifting or squatting to now being able to deadlift 190kg and Squat 115kg as my current personal records. Mike is currently helping me reach my next goals of deadlifting 200kg and continuing my squat / leg strengthening development. When starting to train with Mike I was able to hit my goal of bench pressing 100kg in just over 2 months. It is truly remarkable how much my strength has developed over the past 16 months and the motivation it has given me to continue pushing my limits. The personal training sessions and the weekly workout plans keep me interested and driven to reach my next set of goals. Having come from a very busy profession before becoming a wellbeing personal trainer, the main focus of how I think about training is making it as efficient and effective as possible to achieving your goals.
