Chris has been involved in physical fitness since the age of 13 when he started playing rugby for his home town in Wales to competing in powerlifting competitions at a national level. Training and nutrition has been part of his life for over 15 years. Chris has a degree in Sport and Exercise Science, specialising in Strength and Conditioning and Nutrition for performance in Athletes. Chris has been working as a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach for several years and has attained a wealth of knowledge and experience. His passion lies in training people who want to make a positive change in their lives.

Justin Knox

How can i help you improve your health?

Justin has over 10 years experience of the fitness industry. His interest was sparked after achieving a personal weight loss of over 15 Stone. He then decided to make Personal Training his career and help others achieve their goals.

Having achieved his goal Justin can offer Physical, Nutritional and Lifestyle advice to  others. This advice will be personalised to each client with a very specific individualised programme.

His expertise is not just limited to weight loss he is an  experienced sports coach and can offer Sport Specific Training for a number of sports.

How can i help you improve your health?

Andy's passion lies in training people for enhanced sports performance although he also takes great pride in helping others achieve personal goals such as weight loss, muscle gain and rehabilitation. Whether you are training for a sports event or looking to drop a dress size, it doesn’t alter how important it is to reach your goal as quickly and effectively as possible.  Working alongside Andy, you will be fast tracked towards your goal whilst building up knowledge and understanding of your individual training and nutritional needs.

Joel takes a very methodical, planned out approach to training. His area of expertise lies within strength training and nutrition. However, he is well skilled in helping you reach your weight loss and muscle gaining goals. With a well-structured training plan and consistent nutritional support, he will give you all the tools you need to not only reach your goals but learn how to  apply the principles and methods for yourself, making your results more maintainable. Joel has had a passion for health and fitness from a very early age, which has only strengthened as he has grown up. The main emphasis of his own training is on the 3 main compound lifts and progressing his strength in those areas. His knowledge has extended beyond his qualification, through in-depth research and the trial and error of various different training methods.
