Antonio has a great enthusiasm for sharing his extensive knowledge gained in a whole range of exercises and sports (volley ball, martial arts, radical sports, weight training and a large variety of gym activities; lately taking his workouts to the next level practicing bodyweight and gymnastic strength - calisthenics). He wants to help people enjoy being active, and due to this philosophy, utilises a variety of equipment and exercises to find the best workout for his clients.
