How can I help you improve your health?

Antonio has a great enthusiasm for sharing his extensive knowledge gained in a whole range of exercises and sports (volley ball, martial arts, radical sports, weight training and a large variety of gym activities; lately taking his workouts to the next level practicing bodyweight and gymnastic strength - calisthenics). He wants to help people enjoy being active, and due to this philosophy, utilises a variety of equipment and exercises to find the best workout for his clients. No matter what your fitness goals are, Antonio is here to help you reduce the risk of injury, to help overcome obstacles and to achieve your personal target.

How can I help you improve your health?

My love for health and fitness started at a young age, which led to me completing a degree in Exercise and Fitness Management, followed by a masters degree in Sports Performance. This platform has given me a wealth of knowledge about the human body and how it functions. I have previously worked as a strength and conditioning coach at several sports clubs, helping both individuals and teams achieve their fitness goals. I aim to combine my scientific background and knowledge to create a personalised programme to help you achieve your goals and make you feel comfortable and happy in your body.

How can I help you improve your health?

Chantelle thinks the most rewarding part of her work is seeing people achieve their personal goals; whether it is weight loss, an increase in strength, improved fitness, or generally feeling better and more confident. From a young age Chantelle has been passionate about sports and exercise, and so chose to further her education by obtaining a Sports Science degree, which has given her a fantastic insight into how the body functions, and what exercise and nutrition is best to achieve your goals. She is a qualified GRIT coach and loves training people through high intensity circuits which keeps your heart rate up and your muscles working.

Goodluck has an infectious smile, his style is fun and engaging, using burst of high intensity work to get the most out of you. He loves utilising boxing skills within his sessions, when appropriate (it's often appropriate, he can talk at length about the wide range of benefits). Whether you want to improve your fitness in a 121 session, or want to share your PT with a friend, Goodluck will be there to guide you.
