their lifestyle through fitness and wellness, she believes health should be
holistic and sustainable. Maisie has helped her previous clients heal their
relationship with their body through fat loss, muscle gain and body
re-composition whilst giving them the tools and habits to maintain and improve
upon the results they achieve. Maisie believes in constant goal setting and
purpose in order to vary and enjoy the process of being or getting active. Maisie
loves high-intensity, functional training but will always tailor to the client
