Sport and physical activity has always been my main interest, and this is why I have pursued a career utilizing my interests and the skills that I have developed. As a keen fitness enthusiast, I practice what I preach, as I know the importance of being a good role model to my clients. My previous job roles have allowed me to have an insight into the vital basic components to build a thirst for a healthy lifestyle. My goal is to be able to change the lives of people that are seeking to change their own lives or lifestyle, and help them to achieve their own goals through sharing my own enthusiasm and passion. I also regularly compete in Men's Physique Competitions, which has enabled me to help my clients with their own transformations through the application of correct nutrition and exercise programming.
