How can i help you improve your health?

After being involved in performing arts since I was a child, it has led me to have a huge interest in the fitness industry. My aim as a personal trainer is to help build my clients' confidence to achieve their desired goals by creating a structured and personal regime for them which caters to the realities of their lifestyle. I support them along their journey making the experience fun along the way. I have various qualifications to help expand my knowledge as well as being qualified to work with antenatal and postnatal clients.

Sport and physical activity has always been my main interest, and this is why I have pursued a career utilizing my interests and the skills that I have developed. As a keen fitness enthusiast, I practice what I preach, as I know the important of being a good role model to my clients. My previous job roles have allowed me to have an insight into the vital basic components to build a thirst for a healthy lifestyle. My goal is being able to change the lives of people that are seeking to change their own lives or lifestyle, and help them to achieve their own goals through sharing my own enthusiasm and passion. I also regularly compete in Men's Physique Competitions, which has enabled me help my clients with their own transformations through the application of correct nutrition and exercise programming.

I hold a First Class BSc (Hons) degree in Fitness and Personal Training from Southampton Solent University and am REPs Level 3 qualified. Whilst studying at university I was able to learn from prominent industry professionals who publish academic research that influence the fitness industry. This opportunity to learn from leading industry experts has moulded my training style, enabling me to deliver quality and innovative training sessions to my clients. I trained a number of clients who had a wide range of goals whilst completing my degree. These included helping clients improve body composition, strength, sports conditioning, posture realignment, and flexibility. I consider myself to be an approachable, hard working, and knowledgeable personal trainer who always prioritises the needs of my clients.
