Sport and physical activity has been my main interest; this is why I have pursued a career utilizing my interests and skills that I have developed. As a keen health enthusiast, I practice what I preach, as I know the importance of being a good role model to my clients. My previous job roles have allowed me to have an insight into the vital basic components to build a thirst for a healthy lifestyle. My goal is being able to change the lives of people that are seeking to change their own lives or lifestyle, and help them to achieve their own goals through sharing my own enthusiasm and passion.

Kathy has 9 years of experience working with all types of clients helping them achieve many goals ranging in all abilities.  She mainly works within the rehabilitation area and also with clients wanting to focus on self confidence. She focuses on technique and allowing the client to gain enough knowledge on exercise and nutrition to allow them to create healthy habbits for a healthy future.

Ash's aim is to maximise your exercise potential by making your workouts as efficient and productive as possible, both during your PT sessions, but also with your own individual training. He will assess individual requirements and parameters for improvement, working closely to ensure your goals are met as quickly as possible. His approach is to create a friendly atmosphere where you can work hard and enjoy training with high levels of motivation to produce extremely effective programming, enabling you to get the best results.
