How can I help you improve your health?

Sport and physical activity has always been my main interest, and this is why I have pursued a career utilizing my interests and the skills that I have developed. As a keen fitness enthusiast, I practice what I preach, as I know the importance of being a good role model to my clients. My previous job roles have allowed me to have an insight into the vital basic components to build a thirst for a healthy lifestyle. My goal is to be able to change the lives of people that are seeking to change their own lives or lifestyle, and help them to achieve their own goals through sharing my own enthusiasm and passion. I also regularly compete in Men's Physique Competitions, which has enabled me to help my clients with their own transformations through the application of correct nutrition and exercise programming.

How can I help you improve your health?

After several operations, sat in a wheelchair and being told she may never walk again, Janine wanted to prove the doctors wrong. She made it her goal to rehabilitate and to be able to walk again.

Due to her joint conditions Janine had never been able to be very active during her younger years but now after rehabilitating herself and tapping into her inner strength she went on to achieving so much more. 

She strongly believes your mind is your only barrier to being a fitter, healthier, stronger person and is passionate about helping people tap into their inner strength and achieve their goals.

How can I help you improve your health?

Ellie has had a keen interest in all kinds of sport and fitness and from a young age she has been an avid dancer, which progressed to dance instructing, which she still teaches today. Ellie has now been doing gym based training for several years and as a result, she has been able to adapt her own lifestyle and training to fully push herself. Ellie wants to help you to achieve your goals and give you confidence and comfort within the gym itself and she is always looking for more ways to increase her knowledge that she can use to help her clients.

Hayley has been competitive in sport most of her life with swimming and rugby. Exercise and fitness is a huge part of Hayley’s life for both mental and physical wellbeing. Hayley is passionate about Strength and Conditioning for Sports as well as GP/Exercise Referral helping improve conditions. She is currently undertaking a Sports Therapy degree after gaining Level 3 Personal Training, Level 3 Sports massage and GP/Exercise referral qualifications giving her great knowledge of injuries and rehabilitation.

Hayley is determined to bring a positive outlook on fitness and help remove the typical stigma of a gym, whether it is weight loss, toning, condition management or injury rehabilitation, Hayley is determined to help you achieve your goals.

Olivia has always been a sports enthusiast with a keen interest in freestyle snowboarding and fitness. She prides herself in her ability to motivate and work with clients, giving them 100% of her positivity and attention. Due to her experience using the gym, Olivia has adapted her own lifestyle to allow the appreciation of the fundamentals to enhance and facilitate her desire to improve health and wellbeing.
