Not too long ago I was unhealthy, overweight and quite ill. I turned to nutrition and exercise to turn my life around. I have been working in the industry for 4 years now, helping others by sharing my experiences. I believe in training for a purpose and enjoying what you do.

Seeing the look of accomplishment on a client’s face when they complete a race in their target time or are finally happy when they look in the mirror is one of the best feelings. It is why I have dedicated so much time to coaching youth cyclists and later pursued a career in personal training.

My studies and my experiences competing at an elite level means I can devise evidence-based training programmes tailored to you and your specific goals, whether you’re training for a specific event, or looking to tone up and improve your general health and fitness.

I can provide the knowledge you need to achieve your personal goals, while understanding the challenges everyday life presents thanks to years spent juggling training and studying.

With my seven years experience as a personal trainer and qualifications as a yoga teacher and nutritionist, I will ensure that your journey to improved health and fitness is rewarding and fulfilling. I am able to offer you an uncomplicated approach to your overall wellbeing and am passionately committed to walking you through the renewal of your body.

Having had the privilege of working with people with a variety of fitness requirements and specialising in exercise for the over 50’s, autoimmune disease and pre and post natal women, I have also gained extensive experience in working with these clients. I will tailor your program to your very specific needs and together we will reach your health and fitness goals.

My aim as a personal trainer is to ensure my clients achieve their personal goals. To do this each client will go through a movement pattern assessment and thorough consultation. This will give me the information required to develop a structured plan that you will be able to complete confidently. As an ex-gymnast, I am able to show and develop progressions to many different movements that can improve range of motion and coordination. I can then use these exercises to make your training feel more fun and enjoyable.
