How can I help you improve your health?

As your trainer, I believe my role extends further than merely instructing you specific movement patterns and exercises, it is my aim to equip you with the skills and knowledge to take control of your personal health and fitness. Educating you with how to incorporate health benefitting habits into your everyday lifestyle and routine. I believe understanding why you are doing something rather than just understanding how to, is far more empowering and effective in producing long term lasting results.

Through high energy 1-2-1 personal training sessions, comprehensive nutrition guidance and strategically tailored independent workouts, we will work together to create the happiest and healthiest version of yourself both physically and mentally.

How can I help you improve your health?

My main passion revolves around healthy eating and healthy living. I like to go the extra mile with my clients by providing 1-2-1 sessions as well as devising additional programs for you to go away and perform in your own sessions. Additionally, by providing advice on your nutrition, we can hone in on your goals, not only in the gym but also in the kitchen.

With a degree in Sports Rehabilitation BSc, I understand different injuries and how to correctly manage a session to benefit you. Furthermore, because of this, I have an understanding of exercise biomechanics making sure you are performing exercises safely and correctly to see the best progression.
