How can I help you improve your health?

I have 30 years NHS (plus a few more lived-years) experience behind me, with a passion for helping everyone be at their best.  Whether for you that would mean finding the best ways to wellbeing, health, fitness, or sporting success, we would work across the cardiovascular, functional and free-weight areas to optimise your cardiovascular health and core stability; ensure there is great movement to develop bone and joint health and minimise the risk of any injury; and target strength development specific to your requirements.  HIIT, cycling and goal-setting are specialities.

Supported by my background in functional training & HIIT, I find an individualised workout programme integrating cardiovascular fitness training, core strengthening exercises & incorporating weights is the most efficient recipe in promoting fat loss.  With expertise in lower back pain & women’s fitness, including pre and post-natal support, we can work together to achieve your goals.

With a background in working with sports athletes and science based theories, I am accustomed to working around sports based injuries and injury prevention. I put movement and exercise quality at the forefront of training in
cluding working on mobility, posture and rehabilitation. I enjoy training functionally and with a specific purpose and end goal in mind. I have been through multiple phases of fitness myself – I have lost weight, I have gained weight, I have trained for strength and I have trained for endurance.
