How can I help you improve your health?

Drawing from a wealth of personal experience over two decades, I can guide you in all aspects of health, fitness and performance. My clients have ranged from elderly people looking to strengthen their bodies to combat illness and disease, general weight loss and confidence building, to World Champions in sport.

I have a background in competitive Powerlifting, winning Men's Open European Championships from 2014-2017 and the 2017 World Championships, I held British squat records in three weight categories, and broke British, European and World records in both the squat and three-lift total on multiple occasions. Since then my hobbies include working as a guest speaker and ambassador for mental health, men's mental health and spinal injury charities, helping promote awareness to help people improve their lives.

How can I help you improve your health?

I work with clients to help improve movement quality, prevent injury and educate for overall lifestyle improvements. I specialise in helping people return to their best possible level of fitness including rehabilitation, post injury and injury prevention fro athletes, and pre/post natal exercise. Working with you to create habitual change in both lifestyle and nutritional choices we work to develop long lasting changes for long lasting results.

With over 10 years experience in both Personal Training and Group Exercise teaching, I'd love to help you improve your life.

21 years of Martial Arts brought me to a holistic approach to training. I use breathing, neuromuscular engagement and cutting edge techniques to effectively reach your goals while enhancing your overall wellbeing and helping you live your life to its full potential. I am a Senior Trainer in Movement Screening and Advanced Programming which allows me to deliver high quality programs and biomechanical assessments. I am also a TRX Certified Trainer and Trigger Point Therapy Certified Operator.

I have a strong belief in functional training methods to achieve your goals, whether that’s helping to increase your sporting performance or improving your general fitness to make everyday physical tasks easier.

I hold a BSc Hons degree in Sports Psychology and possess a strong interest in how our minds play a significant role in helping us to lead a healthy lifestyle. I use these teachings to not only help you smash your workouts in the gym but to continue your good work away from the gym.

I take a holistic approach to fitness that involves a variety of training methods from stability and stretching sessions, to explosive lifting, to more endurance and aerobic styles, that all complement each other to enable you to hit your fitness goals.

How can I help you improve your health?

Having a strong sports background, I aim to provide a fun, engaging experience no matter what your age, goals or level of ability within my training sessions.

I have a wide range of knowledge with boot camp style training and functional training. I love to work with juniors and children after a background previously working on children's activities, and know how to make exercise something that is fun and enjoyable as well as providing results. 

One of my passions is rugby, with over 12 years of playing, up to a high standard with Salford at academy level.
