I have 30 years NHS (plus a few more lived-years) experience behind me, with a passion for helping everyone be at their best. Whether for you that would mean finding the best ways to wellbeing, health, fitness, or sporting success, we would work across the cardiovascular, functional and free-weight areas to optimise your cardiovascular health and core stability; ensure there is great movement to develop bone and joint health and minimise the risk of any injury; and target strength development specific to your requirements. HIIT, cycling and goal-setting are specialities.
