Growing up with a background in dance and movement quickly grew into a love of fitness and wellbeing. I am passionate about seeing the progress in setting challenges for my body and over the years have come to love the benefits of Muay Thai, HIIT training, strength training and building stamina.
My aim is to help you reach your goals and see you achieve more than you thought you could, working on overall fitness as well as strength and endurance so that you too can see the positive benefits. I am a firm believer that everyone can enjoy working out, and that everyone deserves to feel the best they can – confident, strong and powerful.
