Growing up with a background in dance and movement quickly grew into a love of fitness and wellbeing. I am passionate about seeing the progress in setting challenges for my body and over the years have come to love the benefits of Muay Thai, HIIT training, strength training and building stamina.

My aim is to help you reach your goals and see you achieve more than you thought you could, working on overall fitness as well as strength and endurance so that you too can see the positive benefits. I am a firm believer that everyone can enjoy working out, and that everyone deserves to feel the best they can – confident, strong and powerful.

Joey Dack

How can I help you improve your health?

From a very young age I have been involved in elite level competition, with a major focus on basketball and other explosive sports. I previously played professional basketball for the Worcester Wolves (2008-2012) and during this time, I was also fortunate enough to be a part of the British University National Championship team (BUCS, 2011).

This passion and background is the reason I specialise in explosive and functional movements, along with bodybuilding principles to achieve an overall athletic physique and fitness level. Traditionally this style of training is reserved for elite athletes but recent studies have proved this form of training will yield faster fat loss results and increased muscle mass whilst effectively and safely strengthen your joints to feel healthy in all aspects!

Over the years I have experienced many different styles of training, I have been boxing from a young age, swimming competitively at a National level, served in The British Army, played rugby for my local club, trained in Olympic lifting with Team GB and I am now a competitive strongman competing in the under 90kg category. This diversity has given me a well-rounded view of training for different goals and taught me how to use aspects from different disciplines to aid in you in your fitness and strength journey.

My own personal fitness journey started with gymnastics, primarily trampolining (ten years), from there I moved onto basketball and martial arts both at competitive level. In 2014 I was the face of the Instructor live fitness programme on Samsung TV.
