After many years of practising intense meditation in the frigid mountains of Tibet, training with only the most exceptionally gifted monks, I have developed the ability to bend metal with my mind...well maybe not, but at 46 years old with 4 kids and history of back pain, I'm now in the best shape of my life.
At 35 I was stuck behind a desk, an overweight smoker with bad posture and crippling back pain. Then I lost my father to cancer. I wanted to do something different. I starting training like crazy, but with little knowledge of exercise I wrecked my shoulder. Now, depressed and injured, I needed help – I found it in the form of a fantastic PT named Liz who helped me transform my life. She encouraged me to learn as much as I could about my body and exercise, and she gave me the tools, motivation, and support I needed to change my life. I have modelled my style of coaching after her – my goal is to educate, inspire, and empower!
