Francesca Nobile - Personal Trainer

How can I help you improve your health?

I combine the knowledge I’ve accumulated during my years as an athlete and my years of experience as a personal trainer to tailor specific exercise programmes for my clients.

I’m constantly developing my skills as a personal trainer by experimenting with diets and exercises on myself in order for me to give my clients the best advice I can. I understand having once been overweight how hard it is to get your self-esteem and confidence back.

As an ex-gymnast and powerlifter, I can help you with not only your strength and conditioning but also with flexibility, stability and endurance.

How can I help you improve your health?

Throughout my life I have always been involved in elite level competition and fitness, with a major focus on basketball and other highly explosive sports. This background is the reason I specialise in explosive and functional movements, along with bodybuilding principles to achieve an overall athletic physique and fitness level. Traditionally this style of training has been reserved for the elites of competition or for an individual aiming to increase muscle mass, but recent studies show that this is the most effective training method for overall fitness.

PT session prices

We now offer a new direct debit (DD) scheme to pay for you training, which not only makes it easier to pay, but also saves you some money as well! When buying your training in packs (either 5 or 10 pack) please note you have 90 days to complete all of your sessions.

When paying as a direct debit, you have one calendar month to complete all of your sessions, and are committed to a minimum of 3 months of training.

  • Single Session (1 hour): £50
