How can I help you improve your health?

I'll work with you to reach your goals and see you achieve more than you thought you could. I'm a firm believer that everyone can enjoy working out – everyone deserves to feel strong, confident and powerful. My aim is that you progress, while falling in love with consistency and the process.

I specialise in resistance training, strength training for women including pre/post-natal, flexibility, core strength, and pad work. Whether it’s getting your first press up, a new lift, or spending an evening learning to dance, I pride myself on my versatility to provide sessions that give you what you need and that you'll look forward to.

Training has transformed me physically and mentally for the better – I don’t know where I would be without it. Because no matter the day, with a barbell in your hand, you’re forced to believe just how much you are capable of, to love and respect and work with your body, and to own everything you do.

Hey there! Clara here, a Swiss chocolate with ADHD who moved to London at 18 to accomplish my dream to become a musical theatre performer. After receiving extensive education in singing and dancing, I became obsessed with how the body works, wanting to know how it functions and how to play with it, discovering what it is capable of. Now, I have two dreams: musical theatre AND helping people understand themselves better and achieve their objectives through movement.

Having battled with depression and anxiety, I had to start looking into myself as a whole and learn to re-discover and embrace my body and my abilities. Our body is our main tool to explore the world and experience it, and I want to help you optimize its functionality to experience life to the fullest and achieve your goals. I like looking at fitness as a whole and as a chance to make your days brighter and more fun.

How can I help you improve your health?

After spending 10 years playing professional football in the English League 1 and 2, including clubs like Leyton Orient Dagenham and Redbridge, I had to retire early due to suffering from rheumatoid arthritis.

Now my main passion is training in the gym, what started as a therapy helping me with my illness become a part of my routine and life, helping me feel better in my day to day life and I want to help others feel the same. Keeping fit and training well I managed to change my mindset as well my appearance and I would like to help others achieve the same no matter the circumstances.

I’m a 'human Swiss Army knife' who enjoys helping people both inside and outside of the gym.

My interests are:

  • Football and boxing mainly, but I love all sport
  • Anime – Goku and Gohan were my inspiration for training when growing up but unfortunately I didn’t have a 'Hyperbolic Time Chamber'!
  • Video games – growing up, if I wasn’t in the gym boxing or out playing football I was playing Pokémon. Now it’s all about Call of Duty.

I’ve worked in the fitness industry since 2008 and, with my experience coaching a range of people, from world champion athletes to kids, I’m sure I can help you on your fitness journey.

How can I help you improve your health?

I'm a local London lad who discovered fitness after being tired of being that skinny-framed Asian boy who everyone assumed was related to that kid from Indiana Jones. As I wasn't interested in playing to stereotypes and becoming a Kung-Fu master, I instead focused on sustaining my health and well-being instead of relying on "quick fix" solutions, and that is what I will teach you if you press the red button and choose me to be your trainer!

Through gaining an understanding of how your body works and your goals (do you want to feel less guilty eating all the cake, or are you interested in becoming a vigilante and taking down crime?) I can offer both guidance and technical insight to help you achieve your goals.

All fitness levels are welcome, and you'll be surprised at how much commitment and focus you can achieve through positive encouragement which you will get plenty of from me! Also hugs upon request.
