I specialise in resistance training, strength training for women including pre/post-natal, flexibility, core strength, and pad work. Whether it’s getting your first press up, a new lift, or spending an evening learning to dance, I pride myself on my versatility to provide sessions that give you what you need and that you'll look forward to.
Training has transformed me physically and mentally for the better – I don’t know where I would be without it. Because no matter the day, with a barbell in your hand, you’re forced to believe just how much you are capable of, to love and respect and work with your body, and to own everything you do.
