Inspired by the fitness greats I started becoming invested in bodybuilding and fitness as a whole since I was a teenager. I started off as a skinny teenager, but soon started taking diet and training seriously and made some life changing gains.
Having done this for the better part of a decade, I know exactly what to do to lose weight and/or build muscle.
