How can I help you improve your health?

Growing up with a background in dance and movement quickly grew into a love of fitness and wellbeing. I am passionate about seeing the progress in setting challenges for my body and over the years have come to love the benefits of Muay Thai, HIIT training, strength training and building stamina.

My aim is to help you reach your goals and see you achieve more than you thought you could, working on overall fitness as well as strength and endurance so that you too can see the positive benefits. I am a firm believer that everyone can enjoy working out, and that everyone deserves to feel the best they can – confident, strong and powerful.

How can I help you improve your health?

My own personal fitness journey started with gymnastics, primarily trampolining (ten years), from there I moved onto basketball and martial arts both at competitive level. In 2014 I was the face of the Instructor live fitness programme on Samsung TV. The best way to meet your goals is to make fitness part of your lifestyle; this is what I try to install into all my clients.

I have been in the fitness industry for over eight years now working with world champion athletes and the general public offering a 5 star bespoke training experience.

I’ve competed at National level in football and boxing. I enjoy working with people to achieve their goals, whether it is a power lifting competition, body building show, training for a race or getting the body you strive for I have the experience and knowledge to get you there.
