Recovery from COVID-19 will vary from person to person and it may take time to come to terms with the impact the virus has had on your body and mind.

Offering a unique blend of physical and emotional support, the programme is tailored to individual rehabilitation needs, focusing on the areas you need the most.

Your 12-week programme will be led by your personal Rehabilitation Specialist, who will begin by understanding your needs and goals before developing a plan that suits you and your lifestyle.

A typical week consists of:

One-to-one call with your Rehab Specialist

Live exercise class tailored to your needs

On-demand workout, specific to your ability

'Build your own' activity, to aid your recovery

Emotional wellbeing activity and supporting webinar

Your Journal

You will be sent a journal in the post, to use throughout your programme. The journal provides information, advice and activities that will help you with your recovery, both physically and emotionally. You can also record your goals, exercise and general activity as well as track your progress.

Make sure you fill it in weekly and have it to hand when you speak to your Rehabilitation Specialist. It’s a great way to see your progress, achievements and monitor your recovery.
