About
Dr Natalia Cartledge is a Consultant Paediatrician with specialist expertise in paediatric allergy and dermatology. She completed her specialist training with dedicated interests in these areas and has worked as a Consultant Paediatrician since 2017. Dr Cartledge works at both Great Ormond Street Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust, where she leads the Paediatric Dermatology and Allergy Service. She has been awarded SPIN accreditation in Paediatric Dermatology by the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health.
Dr Cartledge specialises in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of children and young people with allergy, skin and related conditions. Her clinical interests include food allergy, allergic rhinitis (hay fever), asthma, eczema, acne, rashes and birthmarks, including infantile haemangiomas. She provides personalised treatment plans tailored to each child's individual needs, helping families manage both acute and long term conditions.
Combining extensive clinical experience with a holistic and patient centred approach, Dr Cartledge is committed to delivering high quality care and evidence based treatment for children and adolescents. She works closely with families to support their understanding of their child's condition and to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Alongside her clinical practice, Dr Cartledge is actively involved in teaching and training doctors and healthcare professionals in paediatric allergy and dermatology. She is a member of the executive committee of the British Society for Paediatric and Adolescent Dermatology and remains engaged in advancing standards of care within her specialist fields.
