Speaking after the publication of the Care Quality Commission’s findings, following a recent inspection of the Nuffield Health Tees Hospital

Hospital Director, David Richardson, said:
“As one of the first independent hospitals to be inspected under the new CQC guidelines, we are extremely pleased with the findings. We are delighted that the CQC found the Nuffield Health Tees Hospital to be safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led, and that the dedication and commitment of our hard working frontline staff was noted. We work very hard at Nuffield Health Tees to maintain the high standards our patients deserve, and we are happy with the feedback and the opportunity to be measured against the same criteria that is used for all NHS Trusts.”
