Everyone’s welcome at our group exercise classes. Led by our expert, friendly instructors, classes take place on the gym floor and can be customised to every participant’s fitness level. Fun and challenging, you'll work individually and as a group towards improving your strength, agility and speed.


Challenge yourself on our new SKILLRUN and SKILLROW machines with group classes designed to help you get the most out of this state-of-the-art equipment.

HIIT A fusion of functional exercises and cardio intervals tailored around the HIIT principles.

FOCUS A solo workout in a group setting which constantly varies and incorporates cardio and functional training.

EDGE A set workout following a prescribed profile set by the Trainer to improve speed, strength, agility and power.

Nuffield Health's SKILL Zone Training

Our unique SKILL Zone training is an experience designed by Nuffield Health. It consists of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts built on the foundations of running, conditioning and boxing.


With Every Minute on the Minute (EMOM). Create your own pace by doing reps in a minute, resting for the remainder, then repeating your routine.


With As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP). Ignite your workout, increasing your metabolic rate by doing as many several-exercise circuits as you can.


With traditional circuit training.
