Salary Finance
To support you with managing your finances and ensuring you have access to tools that can really make a difference, we’re now working with Salary Finance, a Financial Wellbeing provider. All employees on a Nuffield Health contract of employment are eligible to apply for Salary Finance products. Bank staff, hospital consultants and self-employed staff are not eligible.
You can access a range of employee benefits through Salary Finance that include affordable loans repaid through salary (Representative Rate 13.90% APR fixed), access to your pay when you need it, simple savings straight through pay, a government Help to Save scheme as well as money insights.
