This is the branch of medicine concerned with the diagnosis and treatment of disorders that occur in old age and the care of the elderly.

We offer outpatient clinics with Consultant Physicians specialising in medicine for the elderly in our new outpatients department which boasts forest views from many of the consulting rooms and waiting areas.
Our Consultant Endocrinologists, many of whom also have substantive posts within the NHS, are all experts in their fields and some of the most experienced local consultants and specialists. You will have the same consultant managing your care, from your first outpatient visit through to any treatment.
Your consultant also has access to other specialists within the hospital including our Consultant Rheumatologists and Neurologists, to work with and refer to as appropriate.
You will usually need to be referred to see a hospital consultant by a GP or other healthcare professional. Speak to your GP and ask them to refer you to The Holly Hospital.
