As well as Personal Training qualifications, Marcus has a degree in Sport Science and has comprehensive knowledge regarding the body. He has been a Personal Trainer for over two years and has a balanced approach to training, ensuring that you are well balanced in strength, endurance and flexibility. He's worked with clients to lose fat, increase strength and improve overall fitness!

I am an open-minded and considerate trainer, I treat everyone as an individual creating a training programme that is tailored specifically to you. My background is in sport, not only playing but also training athletes during my time as an instructor at Loughborough University. I use a whole-body approach, focussing on power, stability and mobility for injury prevention. I will ensure you are training with great technique and will do everything I can to help you achieve your goals.

How can i help you improve your health?

Doug will access your weakness & make you stronger as whole, as you are only as strong as your greatest weakness. He likes to use free weights a lot in his sessions as it has great benefits for changing your body composition by increasing muscle size or toning, making your body stronger. Using HIIT training is a big part of his training as the short high intensity cardio is better for fat loss & increasing cardiovascular & respiratory health. He trains most of my clients in Muay Thai, making them fighting fit & learning how to defend themselves as well.

I started my career in fitness to make a difference in people’s lives and it gives me great satisfaction to help gym members and my clients achieve their goals. I genuinely believe that if you want something enough and set your mind to it, you will find a way to make it happen – and that’s my role here to give you the guidance and support to make it happen.

I have now been working as a Personal Trainer for over 3 years and in that time, I have helped my clients to not just achieve their goals, but completely SMASH them! Training should be fun, so I bring my sense of humour into the gym with me, because if you are enjoying yourself during your workout it won’t seem so bad and you will want to keep coming back and keep pushing more!

Our training sessions are all about YOU. Whether your goal is losing weight, torching body-fat, building muscle, getting stronger or even recovering from an injury or improving balance; we are in this journey together.

Milly is passionate about helping her clients become the best they can be in both physically and mentally. She doesn’t believe in quick fixes but in hard work and consistency, with a healthy dose of fun added in for good measure.

With a combination of movement, motivation, nutritional advice and her own personal experience, Milly will empower you to make lifelong lifestyle changes and get you feeling confident both in and out of the gym.

Whatever your fitness level, needs, likes and obstacles, she will help equip you with the tools to succeed in a way that is specific to you. Sessions with Milly are challenging yet enjoyable and rewarding, and she always makes you feel 100% supported.

She loves strength training (she's a big fan of lifting weights and swinging kettle bells), high intensity interval training, mobility (moving well) and is also qualified in pre/postnatal exercise. She particularly enjoys helping people, who are new to the gym environment; or who want change their body composition but don't really know how to go about it (aka "Get fit, lose weight, tone up!").
