How can I help you improve your health?

Marcus loves the job he does and is passionate about helping people. As well as Personal Training qualifications, Marcus has a degree in Sport Science and has comprehensive knowledge regarding the body. He has been a Personal Trainer for over two years and has a balanced approach to training, ensuring that you are well balanced in strength, endurance and flexibility. He's worked with clients to lose fat, increase strength and improve overall fitness!

Doug Day

How can I help you improve your health?

Doug will access your weakness & make you stronger as whole, as you are only as strong as your greatest weakness. He likes to use free weights a lot in his sessions as it has great benefits for changing your body composition by increasing muscle size or toning, making your body stronger. Using HIIT training is a big part of his training as the short high intensity cardio is better for fat loss & increasing cardiovascular & respiratory health. He trains most of my clients in Muay Thai, making them fighting fit & learning how to defend themselves as well.

Milly Hill

How can I help you improve your health?

Milly is passionate about helping her clients become the best they can be in both physically and mentally. She doesn’t believe in quick fixes but in hard work and consistency, with a healthy dose of fun added in for good measure.

With a combination of movement, motivation, nutritional advice and her own personal experience, Milly will empower you to make lifelong lifestyle changes and get you feeling confident both in and out of the gym.

Whatever your fitness level, needs, likes and obstacles, she will help equip you with the tools to succeed in a way that is specific to you. Sessions with Milly are challenging yet enjoyable and rewarding, and she always makes you feel 100% supported.

She loves strength training (she's a big fan of lifting weights and swinging kettle bells), high intensity interval training, mobility (moving well) and is also qualified in pre/postnatal exercise. She particularly enjoys helping people, who are new to the gym environment; or who want change their body composition but don't really know how to go about it (aka "Get fit, lose weight, tone up!"). I started my fitness career to help people achieve their goal whatever that may be and live healthier lives. I believe personal training should be about helping people to become better versions of themselves. I have worked with my clients to achieve remarkable results, from gaining lean muscle mass, weight and fat loss to feeling confident about themselves. I believe there is more to fitness than just ‘working out’– it’s about instilling my personal passion for fitness into my clients, so they can feel the same drive to get fit as I do.

As well as being a qualified Personal Trainer he also has a BSc degree in Health & Leisure specifying in Fitness Professional. He has clients with all different types of goals including weight loss, muscle gain, sport specific, injury management and improving mobility & flexibility. Daragh is open-minded and is always trying to learn and add to his knowledge in order to stay on top of his profession. He uses relevant, effective training styles that's best for your body to achieve your goals.
