Marcus loves the job he does and is passionate about helping people. As well as Personal Training qualifications, Marcus has a degree in Sport Science and has comprehensive knowledge regarding the body. He has been a Personal Trainer for over two years and has a balanced approach to training, ensuring that you are well balanced in strength, endurance and flexibility. He's worked with clients to lose fat, increase strength and improve overall fitness!

Daragh is a motivated passionate trainer who has been Personal Training for 7 years and strives to help people reach their goals. As well as being a qualified Personal Trainer he also has a BSc degree in Health & Leisure specifying in Fitness Professional. He has clients with all different types of goals including weight loss, muscle gain, sport specific, injury management and improving mobility & flexibility. Daragh is open-minded and is always trying to learn and add to his knowledge in order to stay on top of his profession. He uses relevant, effective training styles that's best for your body to achieve your goals.
