I am here to help as many people as possible understand that Health and Fitness is not just about going to the gym, but also involves leading a nutritionally and emotionally stable lifestyle.

I work with a range of clients, differing in ages and fitness goals: weight loss, weight gain, mobilization, improvements in energy levels or just to have fun!

I play Rugby to a high level and so understand that training takes high levels of motivation, which isn’t always easy – that’s where I come in.
